Luminess Air

I've NEVER rated an app. This is the most useless app I have ever seen. Why would most folks download this app? To manage the auto delivery. There is NO WAY to do this. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now. The button that looks like it should appropriately manage the delivery will not work. And every single "link" under the "Contact Us" tab will not work. The email provided bounces. The chat function doesn't work. It won't link to a phone number. Ridiculous. Don't bother.

I love luminess!!! I also love the luminess app!! Its very easy to use! Takes a little to load sometimes but I blame my service. Back to luminess.. I just ordered all the vibrant colored airbrush makeup along with the stencels, to expand my makeup clientele. We're living in a different age one where the average person isn't afraid to express their self especially with their appearance. I am very excited! ♡♡♡♡♡THANK YOU LUMINESS!!!!! ♡♡♡♡♡

Wow... Considering this company states it's been around for 25 plus years, you would think that they'd have enough money to upgrade this app so that it can actually do things to help the customer! The how-to videos are great. However, anything that you need to get done on your account is nearly impossible... And every new page takes forever to load. Huge disappointment.

Buyer beware. This is the biggest scam ever. They are constantly trying to charge you with autopay for more foundation, insurance, etc. You cannot understand the sales reps. The air system is cheaply made. Not worth the hassle. You can not get a straight answer from no one. You also have pay to return. Highly disappointed.

I do not have any foundation with my trial kit. I have called 4 times only to have them ask after 5 to 10 min on hold if this was my nbr hit 1 then I was disconnected. When I hit star stating I would hold I was still disconnected. The email address was no good and your virtual Tina said she would connect me and while I was disconnected again. Now I just want to return it

I dl'ed the app to give m.o. of reviews I've read. I'm not sure how the co. has a BBB accreditation bcuz it looks like they have terrible cust. serv.I noticed that they don't respond to the poor reviews here so I have no doubt that contacting them via phone or email is nil. I see neg. reviews on the applicator, foundation prices are high & it appears that several products need to be mixed to get the results shown on tv. I would not buy this product. BUYER BEWARE!!

I love the system and the products. I think the prices are a bit high, however, there are sales every week and with them I am able to get most of what I want. I just have to wait for it to be on sale. But then we come to the app. It is horrible. Disorganized, the graphics are a mess, the whole thing does not help in the least. The videos are great but they are not effectively displayed or organized. The videos are also outdated and need to be redone to keep them up to date with the changes to the products. Some of the videos feature officers of the corporation who are knowledgeable about the products but are not effective as presenters. Professionals would work better. These are extremely important as you have closed down the direct sales division which leaves customers without any body to help them learn to use the system. Having them learn to use an airbrush system from one of your competitors is a huge mistake.

I purchased a Luminess Air system. All of a sudden I got a message from Paypal that they charged my account for ,$40.95. It took days to finally get ahold of someone. It's a good thing I didn't use the product yet. The 19.99 deal is a FARCE. You HAVE to have a subscription, I wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the 40.95 charge. They can't do that because it's to pay for the system that was to be 19.99. I have to send the whole thing back in order to get my money back!

The App is Horrendous! The layout is disorganized and a vital, if not THE most important feature is and has been missing...Customer Support Contact. Needs a serious overhaul. It's frustrating that I can order the whole system online without needing to speak with anyone but submitting a request to change my foundation shade via email requires a phone conversation. Actually, more than the app needs an overhaul.

I tried downloading 3 times. When I went to open.... the apt IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN. NEVER got to try to use. It also took me an hour to order foundation on your site. Because it kept throwing me to places I didn't want!

Customer service ONLY helpful when making a purchase and quotes call back within 72 hours but NEVER called back!!! Airbrush is so so. NOT impressed. Product is OVERPRICED.

I've only had app 6 mins it has shut down 3 times not helpful therefore not fulfilling help with product as stated

I stopped getting automatic delivery's and switched to on a need basis, i was still charged , i diputed this and was credited. Now a year later i order new breeze, they take my order my card is charged and im given insinuation all is well, fast forward almost a month later, i cant get an good answer as to why my order cant be shipped, sopositly the despute has frozen me being able to get my order released, and my bank says it was closed a year ago. So they have my money but im getting run aroud.

You cannot remove the credit card on file you. cannot change the ship days they keep shipping product every month without your knowledge.

I'm trying to cancel my subscription through app and email and it's still taking my money

Ihave owned one for about 9-10 years now. I use it every chance I can get to weddings girls going to graduation or just regular parties. My friends have even asked me if they could borrow it. And I tell them yes you can borrow it right in front of me it will not leave my sight. Because I know it will not come back to me. I love it very much. It's an awesome machine. I would love to get replaceable makeup and blush and the concealer that I got with it when I order the first time. I rate it a10+

I love the airbrush makeup! Would have gave 5 stars but the makeup is too expensive and customer service is horrible! Wish I could afford the makeup cause it is truly a great product but just needs a better price and customer service!

The company is absolutely HORRIBLE THEY ARE LIARS THEY THEIR RIP OFFS, THE APP I HATE IT!! THIS MAKE UP IS SPOT ON. BUTTTT THEY HAVE THE CORRECT CLIENT. EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF!!

Difficult to find items and impossible to update future orders

I, was excited to get my.kit and start airbrushing my face to a youthful glow of.perfection. I, did not share that same excitement when after I cancelled my monthly subscription that they turned around mailed me another 2.month supply as a trial set or I could pay for the return of those items wuth in a 10 day window. The package was never sent per my interest or request. It is a SCAM TO GET INNOCENT PEOPLE stuck into paying for.makeup they didnt order.

There won't be an experience. I wanted to order the product. Why does LUMINESS AIR Need Access to my photos, media files, contact list to order makeup? Not giving any free survey services either.

Got my luminess hair it was packaged for shipment very bad stuffed in the mailbox when I opened it it does not work you push the on button and it does not work ran through hoops to try and get a hold of the company and stop shipment on anything else and return this product and came under one roadblock to another very unhappy with this product and it still doesn't work doesn't even turn on

I have a lot flesh moles on my face and and neck. Since I started using your products, Luminess Foundation and Concealer does a wonderful job of covering them up. I look so much younger now. I' m very happy with the results i've gotten. Thank you, Luminess!

Step away from this company quickly! I am not sure if I have been scammed or if there has been an accounting error on their side. the reason I do not know is because the customer service representative was rude and would give me no answers. I do know that sense February 16th I have had $300 taken from my account. they are taking twice a month in different amounts. I am so frustrated, I should have known better. so now I will go through the hassle of a bank dispute and fraud filing.
