Luminous Spirit Tarot

This app appears to work only when it wants to. It doesn't track the moons cycles very accurately and bugs out very often. Restarting or redowndloading the app does not solve any issues. I would love to continue using this app, but it seems I will need to search for a different one. It seems an update would suffice, but seeing as it hasn't been updated in around 4 years, this is really disappointing.

These are beautiful cards but the app questions and cycle readings are confusing to a beginner. The questions don't always help me understand what I am trying to figure out but sometimes they are brilliant. It's hard to dismiss a card too once you select it even if it's the wrong one you were supposed to select. Holding down on it doesn't work always and if you selected "analyze reading" already you can't go back. I wish that this guided me a bit better overall but it's a great start.

Edit: A+ concept, C+ execution. The deck is gorgeous & interpretations of each card & position are great. But the moon cycles are often wrong, the notes are hard to read after you save them, and today it prompted me to start a new cycle, but started me at the END of an empty cycle. For a free app, it's fine, but ... it's definitely frustrating.

I really like this app. It gives me a structured way to explore a theme through tarot and meditation throughout a longer period of time. However, it shows the moon's zodiac sign in sidereal instead of tropical, which is frustrating for me because I use tropical astrology with everything else. There should be an option to choose between the two.

My experience with this app has been fab. Library of cards has been added and is great. Note for other users: to edit a card in a reading, tap and HOLD on the image, and it will reset. Noticed one error: in the library entry for the 8 of wands, the description twice reads "cups" where you would expect "wands"; the rest of the text in the entry is correct (matching Labyrinthos app).

There are some workflow issues that make the app harder to navigate. For instance, I downloaded 3 days before a new moon. When I set my first cycle intention, the app flagged all the previous moon phase readings as "missed" and I couldn't start over until I had completed them all. I do love the concept and the visual design, a beautiful app.

I have tried this app a few times over the last 18+ months. Same issue every time, I can't start a new cycle with a new moon without getting rid of old readings. Sometimes even reinstalling. Also it would be extremely helpful if there was an indication for position 1 in the readings. Especially when they flow from bottom to top.

The app doesn't always update on time, sometimes it's a day late with the moon cycle. Sometimes I would just like to do the reading a day or two early as well, for convenience sake. You have to fully finish one cycle to move on to the next, so if you miss a reading you have to go into your readings and fix it. That can be a little annoying. I do wish it would tell me I which order to lay physical decks out all at once instead of having me choose the card for spot 1, then lighting up spot 2.

Good App. Would be nice to be able to change the hemisphere you are in so the moon phases are more correct. When looking at the meanings of the cards they get stuck in reverse if you click that option once and you have to restart the app to fix it. This makes it hard to do a reading using this as a guide.

Very nice app for reflections with tarot that go along with moon cycles. The card descriptions are basic and somewhat shallow, but serve their purpose well enough. The questions are the treasures. Unfortunately, this month the passed cycles suddenly disappeared when I went back to reflect. This has not happened before. Would be nice if it was reliable.

i'm super torn on this app. when it works, i adore it– every reading allows you to dive deeper into the questions and let you see the meaning of the cards super easily and explains them well. but lately, it hasn't been working and i haven't been able to start a new cycle. this has been going on for a couple of weeks now– i check in every few days to see if it's working, but it's not. if this is fixed, this app would easily be a 5 star from me.

An amazing, beautiful, and insightful app. However, the moon phases are completely wrong. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to fix that problem but it didn't work. It makes me wonder how accurate the readings are. Other than that, I truly love this app and the other Labrynthos apps, they've helped me learn so much about myself.

Not exactly what I wanted. I wanted an app with spreads for each moon phase with the astrology signs. But it's close enough, so I use it. My biggest problem is that if you accidentally click the wrong card, it is forever logged that way. You cannot edit it. Even if you go back two steps before the card was logged, when you get back to that part, it's there already.

One of the best apps I have ever downloaded. This medium for learning about yourself and reflecting is a new take on diary keeping that I adore. I've shown all my friends and have downloaded the other apps by this developer. And I'll be buying the deck! A gorgeous UI, and my only suggestion is creating a more obvious way to know when you can start a new intention as I tend to get stuck in one intention for more cycles than I'd want.

I love the idea behind this app. Unfortunately, it had some glitches, at least with my android. I'm unable to set a new intention during a new cycle, and the moon phases are often in the wrong sign. The tarot database is a great resource though. And the app is beautifully designed. Just hoping those kinks will be ironed out soon.

Easy to use, love the art design and the reminders each time the moon moves to a new phase. Clean and concise, no bugs that I've encountered and good meaningful questions to reflect on.

I love this app, and that's why I'm so disappointed with it's most recent behaviour. It says "phase reading complete" for a phase I haven't done a reading for yet. I can't access "not yet done" phases, either, because they just don't show up. I can't do a single reading at all. Please help! I really want to be able to use this app again.

Very pretty aesthetic and very easy to use. A nice little app that gives you all the beauty and wisdom of the incredible matching tarot deck, without needing to lug it around everywhere (or even own it, though I always recommend a physical copy, you can really feel the energy).

I really want to give this app 5 stars. It's beautiful, insightful, well-worded, and simple. The user interface is easy to use. The spreads are lovely. I love the combination of tarot and the lunar cycle. Unfortunately, it's been stuck. I haven't been able to start a new cycle. All of the moon phases haven't even been available to read for. It's been through a few months now, and I'm still only shown up through waning gibbous on my first cycle. Fix this, five star.

This is my favorite tarot app... And it would be better if you could see a description of the spread before you mediated for the phase. I would give it five stars, but on my third day of use all my data mysteriously disappeared. I hadn't done too much app digging so I didn't realize there was a backup option, but i shouldn't have to worry about creating frequent backups of a card pulling app. I would just move on, but I'll have to complete this cycle before starting the next. I'm really irked.

This app is so simple to use + I love the pastel minimalist aesthetic. I love that it tells you the moon phase as well as what that means in terms of astrology. I don't own the tarot cards but the moon phase part of the app is good on its own. Only thing is I wish you could see ahead of the current date (eg maybe a calendar with the future moon phases)

Edit -- have been having a lot of problems with readings saving at all. Keeps restarting my progress/ goals. I love how this gives you a pathway of thought when working out goals and figuring out problems. for some reason it won't let me Share any readings though?

I had this app before, and as tarots can do, it kinda freaked me out how relevant readings were, so I deleted it. Now I'm back to it because I like to be in tune with the lunar cycle as well as the solar one. And I like the goal setting and reflection. Overall great app!!!!!

I used to really like this app. Unfortunately I haven't been able to start any new cycles and do more readings lately. I don't know if I missed something or my timing is off, but it really shouldn't be this hard to use. If I was able to start a new cycle even if I missed the last reading of the previous cycle, this app would be great. Sadly the cycle just starts over again with the same readings from the last cycle, and you have to wait a whole month to complete it.

I used to like this app, but after logging my first reading, it only half works. I can't share my reading, it won't store them to add to Labyrinthos, and it won't even let me log out of the cloud backup. I even uninstalled the app completely, and when I reinstalled the issues persisted and I was somehow STILL logged in

Beautiful and simple! unfortunately, it does not work very well. For instance, today is August 10th and it is saying that tonight the moon is in Scorpio although the real moon has been in Capricorn all day and was in Sagittarius the previous two days. So it is at least two days behind which really defeats the purpose of the app.

This app has helped my magickal / spiritual / mental health / wellbeing practice so much. It's like a good friend tapping on your shoulder every once in a while reminding you that practice doesn't have to be complicated and that there's always something you can do right now for practice, no matter how small.

Love this app!! It is fantastic for all but especially for beginners learning tarot. I love that it gives you an area to record your interpretation for the cards and saves your reading. Also I love that you can use your own deck with the app or the app on the go.

This is a fantastic app, I will be charting the moon phases from a different app and take readings from this app to see how accurate this matches my days. I can keep records of every reading and the timing of doing the readings are consistent.

Pretty interesting app. I like the goal setting because it manifests them. Also like the number of subjects there are: tarot, horoscope, rune, etc.) Pretty accurate so far and easy to use. Ads are slightly annoying because they pop out of nowhere but not obnoxious.
