Lumos Flashlight
This is a simple "flashlight" app that gets the job done. There are no crazy permissions required, only the necessary. It lets you turn the flash on/off for a bright light and lets you turn the screen black/white for a more diffused light. Both of these options can be controlled individually. Oh, and it's ad free.

Very simple and I like how it's easy to toggle. My new flashlight of choice. Consider adding an option to keep the device's notification light glowing.

It don't even have a wand then you call this lumos? I have a better lumos app than this, with wand and voice command that lights up when ypu say lumos
