Luna diary - journal on the moon

Edit: I can't add images or attachments anymore. They are such a prime part of memories but the app keeps displaying error every time I try to do it. I wrote to developer via email. Still waiting for a response. Earlier comment: (It's a cozy feeling. Many themes are paid, and the ad video doesn't load to unlock them. But the app itself really gives a feel of writing a journal beneath a starry sky. Ahhh! This unwinding! Thanks, developers!)

It's the best daily life diary I've ever used. I've been using this app for years, and it's just amazing. I especially love that it backs up to my drive as I change phones often. The only thing is that the photos attached to the diary entries don't seem to transfer, but tbh it's likely due to the way it saves, so it's no biggie. 5/5 I also really like the backgrounds

5 star --> 3 star. This is an amazing app that makes journaling feel magical. The animations are so beautiful and the music can wipe any negative emotions away. Please guys get this app if you want to try journaling. I am hooked on it now. And you can look back and read old journals which is so inspiring and nostalgic. The stars feature does not work anynore which is a shame because it was one of the best parts of the app.

This app is really cute, simple, and calming, I absolutely love it. I already have a journaling app that has a lot more things in it so I won't be using this because it's just not what I need/want, but if you're into beautiful illustrations and simple a daily diary, this is the one. It's easily customizable too! Perfect for simple daily check ins.

I love this app! It makes me want to write everyday and make me feel a lot more comfortable writing my feelings down! The lock makes me feel so much more safe when writing. It has no ads unless you want to chose a theme and font not to mention it is completely optional to do! I love how the more I write the more I level up and get stars and different moons and it adds to the landscape!

everything you need from a diary app. password protected: ✅ aesthetic: ✅ backup available: ✅ no restrictions: ✅ organized: ✅ this is a great app because you can choose different moons (when using the moon theme) to represent different emotions/topics of your entry so it's organized really well and easy to read when you look back at your entries. I've had this app since 2019 and I still use it to this day.

Definitely giving 5★ I'm using this app for last two years. Just in love with this app. I tried many journaling apps but this one has something magical in it. The themes, soothing music make the mind fresh and calm. The fonts are also very cute. Moon can keep your secrets with great care through this app. 💙 Worth trying! You won't disappoint! 😊

I like how it looks and functions. I have two problems with it though. 1) It doesn't auto-capitalise at the beginning of sentences and/or after full stops. 2) Themes bought with star points are unusable/unactivatable. Otherwise, fantastic!

It's a really good app and I've been using it for 1.5 years now. The only thing is it doesn't show the time when I wrote an entry anymore. The app used to record the date and time you wrote but I think there was an update and now it only shows the date, I'm not sure whether I'm the only one encountering this but I do hope the app allows us to see the time an entry was written, because to me the time is very important as it is part of my memories as well. Overall I love the app 🥰

This is a very good app, hope the update won't do anything bad with it. Is this app a one-time purchase because if it is I'll gladly pay the max level. Also can you add features like adding pictures, create doodle, and audio clips and other editing tools that would mean so much to me. Thanks

Love it.. I have to recommend it to everyoneee including whoever who is considering downloading this app and seeing this :3. The thing is, it's so nice to look at that that it really motivates anyone :>. It's just my honest opinion. There are ads here and there but I don't find them bothersome. I get that it's how they keep the app free and more accessible to everyone and anyone to use. If anyone is still not convinced, just try it out! You won't regret it <3

Ive been looking for a journal for the longest time, and one that also matches my vibe and id say this is amazing! the backgrounds are amazing! the fonts and just like everything! its a joy to write in imo lmao. totally recommended

I really enjoy the simplicity of this app. it's perfect for someone like me who wants to journal without all the crazy and confusing extras. It's also comforting to know that nothing is backed up anywhere but your phone.

I absolutely love this app. It's so calming. I felt relieved taking out the weight of my feeling after ages to something I can trust. I feel my writings are more secured because of the lock. There are no advertisements too, how much better it can get. Overall, amazing ❤❤

It's a great app! Been using it for years and never had an issue until recently. For some reason the writing disappears after writing 793 letters which it didn't use to do that. I don't know if this is a temporary bug but otherwise I definitely recommend this app. :D

I kinda like it, but I have suggestions, I think it's even way more better if you capitalize every first letter in the settings, and not only animating on the original list type but also in the other, and also it's good and presentable if you make it full screen, pleaaasssssseee?

Its a very beautiful app. But the biggest problem is i can't restore the notes from drive to another device. Its very disappointing because i am gonna loose all my writings. 😞

I really like writing to the moon. Makes it easier to know where to start my journal entry. I'm kinda confused about the app interface (it wants me to click on the moon but it doesn't do anything, for example) but im sure I'll get more comfortable with the interface over time as well. I do really like the simplicity of the apps layout and aesthetic. I also enjoy the option of getting to choose what type of ad you get, Very well trought out feature.

I basically bought all the themes and the ads, even without removing them are out of the way most of the times. The app is so easy to use and the music added in is so calming. The animation style is also so refreshing to see, even the moons are super stylized and adorable. I definitely recommend this to a few of my friends 👍

I liked the previous version better where the pics were displayed at the bottom... It's not so in your face. Could you put that feature back? Tq. Other than that, it's fine, I think.

good app, but recently some of my notes have 'disappeared' in a sense? the note itself is still there, along with the text, but you can't see or read it. not sure what happened but otherwise pretty cool

Can you please add some stickers to it so I can design my notes, and a mood tracker also? I've been using this app for years and it really helps me to express myself from venting out to it, but I think upgrading it to have a better experience for the users would also be great. Please consider it as a resortive to the paid themes that I can't buy since I'm still broke. 🥲

Great app. Definitely helps me let my guard down in any moment and knowing myself the music that does that won't need to change, for this purpose, anytime soon. Truly a blessing in a disguise of the past.🎼🎵🎶

Some entries I've backup suddenly lost and gone forever. But, anyway, this is a really good, aesthetic and serene app.

This is a great app and I love it. But please make the font color adjustable, it's hard to read the text when a light-colored background picture is used.

Been using this app for 2 years now, everyday and I love it but currently I am experiencing a glitch where all the text would be invisible once I reach the 500 word count which is very annoying, I hope this bug gets fixed.

Would be amazing if it allowed handwritten entries for stylus users. I like the theme and atmosphere of the app, as it makes writing diaries more delightful.

Honestly I love this app, it deserves 5 stars. I have used this app for a long time and it's a great venting space. But.. What the hell are these annoying flowers doing on my journals? Like they are in the way and way too distracting.

I'm really liking this journaling app now. The interface as well as the creative ways to show how much you've journal. Plus the background music, it's just so perfect. And the font, oh I love the font too. Basically the best and most wonderful app for journaling. I think I may end up be able to journal everyday if I'm using this app

I'm loving to use this app as an space for journaling. The app makes it like an game experience, leveling up the background. This aspect of the app is actually the less important one, in my opinion. Just by making the screen more "lively" as you go writting entries in the diary is already by itself nice. Like making it valuable or caring of that what you share with the app, or better, that what you write down to yourself is a way of slowly building up self value.
