Luna Physical Therapy

EXTREMELY pleased with my therapist. She was able to identify and help me work on an issue that developed after surgery. An issues even the Drs. couldn't figure out! She is open to any needed adjustments...push me harder or back off Impressed with the easy ability to check my appointments, exercises and short reminder videos, easy and quick communication! Soo impressed I requested the same therapist for this second surgery and, once again, am having great healing results!

The therapist was great. Scheduling works well. Response time from concierge is great. There are some quirks with app. But the biggest problem is billing. There is no billing through the app. Once the service is complete, you have to jump through hoops to figure out whether you're paying the right out of pocket amount. I primarily blame the US healthcare system but I am docking two stars for the lack of billing transparency. Luna, you gotta disrupt this space even more! For now, I can't use it.

This was a terrible experience. Waited two weeks from my first appointment, no call, no show. Therapist blamed the app. Second appointment, spoke directly with the therapist about coming and she committed. No call, no show. Then my communication with the concierge (presumably their home office) was erased. I rarely write apps but went out of my way to do so. It's a good idea, terrible execution.

A couple of times I would submit the end of my work-out session and receive a message saying that it couldn't take it, and to try later. Also, on more than one occasion, it would end the session with the same number of days completed as was showing when I started the session, not giving me credit for what I had done.

If you create an account just to see their prices, they will call you, text you, and email you. I don't want to receive any of these. I just wanted to see what it would cost, and after finding out, I was no longer interested. I already unsubscribe from the texts and emails, but to unsubscribe from the calls I have to wait till the person actually answers the phone. This is terrible.

Luna PT helped me with quality concierge and physical therapy services. I highly recommend them.

I have lower back issues and a friend suggested Luna Care. The app makes it super easy to find a therapist in my area (bay area) and there were a good number of therapists available. Easy to navigate.

The pictures are very clear and reminders. Therapists are very very skilled, kind and gosh darn it--persistent.

I able to easily schedule my first appointment at my own convenience through Luna & I also found an experienced therapist. She was focused on ensuring I felt comfortable and cared for from our initial interaction !!

So convenient! Love having my therapist come to my house, especially during covid. Super easy to get started with Luna. Administrative issues (scheduling, communication) is also super easy.

All of Luna's staff is very professional and on target. My appointments are all on time and the physical therapist really addressed my needs and listen to me. Sometimes with physical therapist that's a problem but they really listen to me to address my issues.

Best physical therapy I have experienced. Like the at home PT. Travis always on time, completes the full time frame, never feels rushed. Therapist listens and adjust what's needed to reduce pain. My recovery has been better because of PT with Luna Definitely COVID compliant Masked and cleaning before and after. Giving Travis a "10"

Luna is very easy to receive therapy. The app is always efficient and the people are always friendly. Very accommodating for busy lives.

Frustrating! I tried several times to create an account and the same thing pops up when I try to log in. "SOMETHING WENT WRONG!"

I cannot praise Luna enough. For months before I had major back surgery, Luna physical therapists came to my home, shlepping their own tables up a flight of stairs and setting up in my living room. They were orthopedic specialists whose care and expertise helped me through the increasing pain. Five stars is not enough. More like six or seven for starters!

My therapist (Jake) was always very attentive and helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure that I understood how to do the exercises and what they were designed to accomplish.

Luna makes it incredibly convenient to get physical therapy. I can't wait for it to be available in more places so I can have my parents use it for easy appointments in their home!

Love the service but the app is super buggy... Had to force reinstall it several times. Better to use website and email.

What kind of a scheduling app doesn't include Calendar integration? This one. Very lazy on the part of developers not to include a core function.

Convenient. Friendly office staff. Knowledgeable therapists. And necessary if your health issues limit your movement.

Didn't have anyone who would come up the hill to Ramona. You'd think if that means money,, then I guess they are over loaded with enough business, they dont need to travel further out of their jurisdiction.! Oh well I can take my money else where! Got an unsolicited call after just downloading the app. Apparently your details are shared if you choose to download the app.

The app takes AGES to load conversations, sonetimes taking over 5 minutes!!! Please fix this

Creating an account is quick and the app is easy to use.

I used Luna after hip replacement and therapist was terrific! Have recommended to several friends.
