Overall I love this app and the convenience of being able to document quickly without 100 questions. I like the carryover feature. There have been a few quirks re Starting sessions and Ending sessions on my Android, but Tech fixed them. I like the chat feature, however, sometimes it takes awhile for responses. Sometimes I feel like I’d just like to call or text someone if I have a question. I love the innovation of this company and have never been happier with my work.

This app is constantly crashing and when it works it does the job, I cannot rely on it while with a patient.
This app allows you to do thorough charting, and allows you to carry over from the previous visit if appropriate. You can dictate, or chart the old fashioned way! It's great!
