I enjoy the app but the only issue I have has been this. Recently I was looking through the gift sets and when I selected one to see what was inside, it gave a Lush description but did not show the individual products like it does on the website. Also, I noticed that there is still an old promotion banner, advertising "Free ground shipping on all orders over $40 until June 30th." Perhaps an update is required? Other than that, Love the store! Love the products! Love the eco friendliness!
It's a pretty good app for the most part, however I am having trouble viewing my wishlist. It says the correct number of items on my list, but when I select the button to view, it will only show part of the list. This is very frustrating. It would also be nice to have the option to share the list, so I can send it for gift ideas. It would also be nice to exclude allergens, as I am highly allergic to lavender and its byproducts.
App is ok; not especially great. The design is very basic and it doesn't support adaptive icons. It also doesn't currently have Google Pay support so payment is a hassle. Hope to see it improve so it becomes an app worth keeping installed on my phone!
The Lush Cosmetics app displays beautiful, detailed photographs of the brand's products, and also helpful information on the ingredients in the products! One suggestion for improvement would be adding a 'Share' button/tool/option to share links to ths app's offerings via Messenger, text message, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, etc! I sometimes felt a sensation most closely resembling feeling 'trapped' in the app, discovering fun new things and wanting to share the information with my contacts,butno
Gives no option for easily reviewing products in app. Please also add a feature that allows us to bookmark faves (separate from wishlist). Would LOVE to see an easy way to filter out products that contain things I'm allergic to.
Orders Don't Process in App. I have no problem ordering products on their website, & have done so many times. However twice I have tried to order in the app & they didn't go through & one time it went to fraud department on my card. I placed a order in App & it didn't go through then I placed the exact same order 1 day later via their website & no problems. I have had an account with them for some time & use the same info. I don't understand why they have an app if orders won't go through.
WARNING!! Don't update or use app if you use Lush gift cards! I had $250 in gift cards on my phone with this app. Two weeks ago I was forced to update the app. All my gift cards disappeared after the update. Lush said I would have to find the original gift cards. I found one but not the other. Now they're giving me the runaround and saying this has never happened to anyone else. Contacted Lush directly and they took care of the issue for me I still have concerns about the app
I love ordering from lush, but the app is pretty much useless. Most of the products dont appear, so there's no point in using the app. Just go on the website, it's much better and WAY easier to navigate!
I love lush products and thought that I would download the app to make it easier to shop instead of driving an hour away. I can't add products to my wishlist or cart ,it just stated error unknown. please fix.
Lush is my FAVOURITE STORE! BUT this app is horrendus! I spent HOURS going thru everything! And because it made me sign in online to do a store pick up- i lost EVERYTHING i had saved in my wishlist and/or cart. This is so frustrating. Fix your app pls. Or get rid of it completely.
You should have categories for the individual type of product, I don't want to waste an hour scrolling trying to find products, I like to compare and this app makes it basically impossible to find anything! Make your search filter more than by scent or mood. Have a section for shampoo and then another one for conditioner and another one for face soap, it's not interchangeable and shouldn't be lumped together. Is this app designed by an underpaid child?
Love the company and convince that the app gives. My only issue is that it doesn't let me finish purchases with afterpay. Everytime I try to, it logs me out and acts funny. Please fix this issue and I'll give 5 stars, thank you!
They show out of stocks items and we would never know until you tap an item to find out it's actually out of stocks. What a disappointment. And it's too expensive every year
I've been loving this up for 6 years because they have the best brand for combination to oily skin for people were trying to find like showering products. and also where people was dry to normal skin now the best products for them. It's any type of skin do you have they have the best soaps skincare brands. I never thought for in my life but I love this app with the shipping and they do analyze the type of skin do you have and they can help you for any assistance or email or even call them.
The new update is HORRID! It doesn't allow browsing by category. I don't have time to browse EVERY hair product to find a shampoo. For goodness sake, restore the option to search, please!
New layout is making it near impossible for me to find new products. I change my shampoo bar everytime I get one and now I have to search them by product name. I gave up on the app and went to the website. Fix the tabs please.
I have only been in Lush one time and it was so magical, it made me feel like my brain and nose were cleansed!! Like I know that essential oils and stuff like that don't stop depression but I didn't want to leave Lush, it made me feel happy as heck, and so with the holidays coming up, I'm asking for Lush gift cards and stuff, I'm pretty happy about this app letting me explore their stock!
1) tag items correctly. 2)update "not shipped" section of order when things get shipped. 3)show me my whole wish list. 4)customer service through this app is a joke when compared Lush in reality. Edit: Ok so there's more that I've realised. 5)you can't leave a review on the product. There are stars there, but nothing to show for them.
Navigation is wonky, but I love the concept of this store and its products. With some interface and performance enhancements, this app could be 5/5.
This app separates me from my money faster than Las Vegas drains the bank acct of a man in a midlife crisis. I love Lush products. Folks at my gym call me "That girl who makes the showers smell so good". I'm obsessed with the Lemony Flutter cuticle cream, and the Ro's Argan lotion bar is a gym favorite, compact and portable. *Any* of the rose scented products are great. I also highly recommend the bar of deodorant, Aromaco? Great for 'natural' deodorant. No outside ads, always good.
What happened to the haircare sections? Finding shampoo and conditioner on the updated app is a chore. Your haircare is the stuff I buy the most of, but now I need to use the "search" function and so many things are left out. Why was this change made?
Love lush, but I can never place an order through this app. I've tried my PayPal and card and it never works. I have to go through chrome or use my computer to place an order. This app is good for browsing though.
Slightly easier to navigate compared to the website on mobile, however it always tells me theres an error with my order and I have to go on the website anyway undoing any convenience.
Products are amazing but this app is terrible! It closes down every time I try to make a purchase.
Love the products. The app layout needs a bit of work though. It is hard to find alot of the products when searching. As well as the wishlist only shows 10 out of however many items you put on there, you have the delete items off your list to see some of the others, which is quite irritating, especially when wanting to keep the items on your wishlist but wanting to purchase some as well. Not much use for the wishlist if you still have to go back and search for the products.
