So frustrating that the app has not been completed for Android. iOS app is much better with a variety of features that haven't been available on Android for over a year at least. Developers need to sort this, especially as Lush staff need to use this at work.
Doesn't work. I scanned the code with no issues using my normal camera. My phone then sent me a link to download lush labs. Fantastic. I download the app and the qr codes won't scan 🤦🏻♀️ utterly pointless app really unless you want to speak to a personal shopper. Bit disappointing for lush to be honest :(
Given a note to download and use app to scan QR code to find out what's in my gift. It gave me results about a random product I hadn't even received. Completely pointless.
The QR code reader did not recognise the QR code most of the scans I did. The two times it did bring up results..... it was wrong.
A nice idea but the Lush Lens doesn't work as it comes up with completely different products, something that Lush massively promote in store and in their Lush Times newspaper.
Love the live demos of bath bombs. Lets you get to see first hand before buying products. Really handy when you're shopping in stores!!
Why is the app incomplete?? At work 'Moods' is available on our iPods but not on my android phone? Will this feature be available on android?
Tried to use the lush lens, didn't give me the correct gift information, took me to a different gift set.
Shows wrong products or doesn't work at all. Uninstalled.
Just doesn't work, or doesn't seem to! Downloaded to learn about #LushKitchen, but guess I'll just have to look it up myself later!

Even though I selected the UK it only gives me stuff in Yen and Japanese? It's promoted in the lush kitchen box but doesn't scan the stuff inside it to get more information on it.... uninstall
