Camera controls do not show up in portrait view. Cannot access them easily in landscape view. Cannot move cameras a little amount. The camera swings 90 degrees plus when control arrow is pushed for 1 second. The stored camera positions are not shown in a thumb nail. Not clear how to go from Flu to HD. The app is a huge disappointment compared to the Lux View app I used previously.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My cameras work great viewing from my TV but this remote view with this app never works. I continuously have to add the DVR back to remote view and it drops the next day. App never works ....I hate to swap to a new system cause I spent the money but I need the remote view function and it never works.
This app is unreliable. Constantly disconnects and won't reconnect even though Internet/wifi signals are strong. Please make the app better. People are trying to use this to protect themselves from burglars/intruders.
The app worked almost a year but now I'm never connected. Very frustrating to not be able to see my house while not there. Would love to get different equipment and a working app!
This thing stuck! Its always crashing and requiring you to re-login, and at random times I can't access anything from the app, and the desktop applications is ancient.
This application is horrible and not reliable. It goes days without connecting. I have to log off, log on and choose the DVR everytime. It is not compatible for Androids. Horrible
Really bad apps. Intalled to view my shop but keep getting disconnected. Apps is not friendly use and so unreliable! Can't depend on it for emergency situations. I have no word to say. 0 star from me
I half 4he Rinne have to exit and reopen the app cuz my camera isnt there. Second problem can only record snap a picture from the side view as the big white box covers the controls in the app.
The app always states it encounters a problem, then automatically restarts. After it restarts, I have to select the DVR and submit in order to see the cameras. How do I resolve this?
No user's manual at all is not a good thing. There doesn't seem to be any way to enlarge the view from camera 2. Doesn't seem to be user friendly at all.
no instruction manual. learn as you go. at times it will lose signal. playback is hard to acomplish.
Worst app ever! The cops needed footage of some illegal activity and I couldn't for the life of me get it to work. I paid too much money for this system for it not to work!
I scanned in my DVR and the app keeps removing the device so I Constantly have to reload the device into the app. I'll be returning this unit.
Just like everyone else says...spent all this money for cameras and NVR, but the app doesn't work. Do yourself a favor and pass on Lux products. Not worth the money.
Got cameras April, camera tech has tried to get app to work. Worthless. Rip off. Worst app yet. So disappointed bc can't see cameras off site.
Not good at all. Door bell constantly going off and have to reset the app cameras never connect
App fails to connect. Tried to email developer of the app for help, but email was kicked back.

Horrible compared to the app I had for my previous dvr! Playback is near impossible to use.

How do you have no tech support #, no customer support #, no email page? This is the 💩's cctv system, app, company, distributer, manufacture, just ain't worth 💩, literally, figuritivly, and how ever else you can be labeled.

I'm an professional AV tech and I've installed doezens of these systems pro and regular. The app could be more user friendly especially on the iPad, the process to use the playback feature is a 3-4 step process to view the video timeline. Also the alert notifications function for detecting motion doesnt work on the latest update on iPhones, my Android works fine with it, however the notifications are in app only not on your lock screen or main screen. They need to update this app and fix bugs.
