This service is no longer available. I only used it once and loved it that one time.
Great idea -- terrible service, terrible execution, terrible management. They returned my car in horrible condition, and when you talk to their employees about various problems (car cleanliness, pricing, etc.) you get a different answer every time and they do zero internal coordination to respond properly. Additionally -- they are going out of business in NYC but did not tell me! The only way I found out was when I was complaining about another issue, at which point they said 'Oh yea FYI you have to find a new parking solution starting next week.'
Whenever I tried to use it, there was no one available.
Do not waste your money (unless it's a free first time use). Terribly run service...the ETA's are constantly listed 20-30min shorter than the time it will actually take you to get your car back or picked up. Customer service is slow, and unhelpful...and the app itself has all sorts of bugs. Great concept, AWFUL execution

I wanted to love this....the promise of keeping you moving in your life without thinking too much about where to park or how to get your car after you've walked about town...but I interviewed with these people and the guy was scary and unprofessional. First he arrived late, then he presented the service with visible annoyance...lots of eye rolling and body language that indicated that he felt inconvenienced and seemed to be going thru a personal crisis in his life...honestly thought he might slice his wrist during the interview. After this introduction, he gave us the opportunity to leave...but I had to see how bad this would get...during the questions he acted visibly distracted and annoyed, even condescending about people's answers...anyway, the scariest part is when he tells us he does the actual valet work...this is exactly the sort of person you don't want to hand your Porsche keys to and have him "go out in style" with a ride off one our beautiful bridges.
It keepa saying it sends the code to sign up to my phone. I have yet to recieve it after multipul tries. Please help & will consider re rating the ap.

I've been a monthly subscriber for 5 months now. Use Luxe for my daily 40 min commute to SF. Service started out great. Always on time and promptly returned my car. For the past month+ things have gone down hill significantly. Consistently have to contact customer support to get matched with a valet during drop off despite planning ahead when I leave the door. Usually have to wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes for someone to arrive while I'm parked illegally. Can no longer recommend wholeheartedly.
When we first joined, we rarely had a concern. Lately, the timing is unreliable. I hope it improves. - Dec 2016. Thank you Luxe team! Used the service today for the first time and loved it. When we picked up the car, my son pointed out how cool it was to have that nice guy in the blue shirt be there just for us! #newcustomernowafan
App works well, parked many times. However, service has been spotty. Had someone eat food in my new car, leave crap and the smell. However, yesterday tips iceberg, car returned with scratches and appears to be scraped by concrete post or similar, no phone number, slow response and then told to email, what the hell.
Prices gave gone up recently. Cost just about the same as a parking garage. Often when I get to my destination I have to wait for a Luxe valet to show up. It's been faster to park myself for the same price.
I like the concept but unfortunately it didn't work. We requested a valet an hour before we needed one. Got a confirmation that a valet will be waiting for us upon arrival. The valet didn't arrive and we didn't get notified. When we eventually asked for an eta, we waited a while to get a response who ended up telling us that no valet was available.
Luxe took the stress out of parking for a visit to an art space in the Tenderloin. fantastic service. can tell lots of thought has gone into app.

Totally changes driving in the city
City wide hourly/max rates on average are matching or better than parking lots I've had to park at. Plus I don't have to walk. Laziness FTW

Seriously feel like a boss pulling up to my destination, handing off my keys to my valet, and chucking the deuce to my car knowing it's in good hands.
There are times when you are in such a rush and you know finding parking is just going to add another 20 minutes. Those are the times that I am thankful for Luxe!
My car was hit while under Luxe's possession. Despite multiple attempts to have Luxe help me with the claim or at least contact my insurance company, I had ZERO response from Luxe. It would be in your best interest to not hand your car over to this valet "service"
