Total garbage just goes to a total black blank screen after installing

5 out of 6 the times I've used the app the cab driver had no idea about the app and no idea how to close out the fare with app payment. 3 out of those 5 I ended up having to pay the fare outside of the app & 3 out of those 3 the app also processed payment after the ride meaning I double paid. Luxor dispatch is clueless and rude & also admitted they have no idea how to manage rides via the app. In summary, 83.33% of the time using this app there were big problems mostly resulting in paying twice.
the app went blank for no reason the first time trying to use it. and my screen froze after rebooting the phone. I had to uninstall it.
