Luxury Card

Nice features if we could get to them. After the recent security update requiring a code to be sent and entered, things went south. Before that, I never had problems. Now, the code sometimes gets sent and sometimes it doesn't..... this means of course that I can't log in. Not very elegant for a Luxury card! I have the same setup on a 1st primier card app and it works without fail instantaneously, every time. This definitely needs to be fixed

You can't event pay your bill on the app. That's a minimum expectation when there is a annual fee. It seems that every click on the app opens to another website. Disappointed in the app experience.

Edit - Tip for fellow Luxury Card users looking for an app to manage the payments/check balances, etc: download the Barclaycard App (also in Google Play Store). Same login credentials & has all the functionality you'd expect. Now when I look at this LC app I think of it as a companion app to the Barclays that lets you utilize its unique benefits & features. In that light it makes more sense. It mainly functions as ads for deals & directs you to the concierge but that's okay & works well.

Lame. I rarely bother to write a review as most of the apps i use add some value. This however does not. It consists mostly of a menu that brings up the browser. From where you handle payments etc. I do not need an app to do that. This cost a nickle to produce. It is so lame in fact im questioning the value of the so called "luxury card." Compare this app to the AMEX or even the Chase apps. Good grief Barclays, get a grip.

Horrible! Can't get past the registration screen, authorized users Can't make their own login and literally get no access unless it's with the main account holders info. Definitely needs some upgrading

Not impressed...can't even get passed registration. Keeps saying app needs to be updated but there is no update. $495 annual fee for a "luxury" card with app issues? Come on guys!

Great idea except it doesn't work. Chat is stuck on last chat, tells me I have no internet can't connect. Would be great if it worked.

Chat worked once but now even after uninstalling and reinstalling and also resetting the app, I can not end the previous chat in order to start a new one.

I have installed this app 3x already, and it keeps getting unistalled. Is this not compatible with Z Fold 3?

i can't even install it on Android...it just tries to download a couple times and then the app store crashes

App is slow to load many pages. Also shows you closed lounges.

Very disappointing..nearly featureless..designed by people that have no idea how people use apps.

I can't make it past the user information screen on the app. I have a Samsung Galaxy 7.

horrible cant get past the sign up page. i expect more from a card that touts itself as luxury elite!

Will let me view all sections but when try to chat it closes app every time.

Chat would be the most useful feature if it worked.

Please add a payment option just so its easier like every banking apps
