Second day using the app... And it hardly works. It is continuously slow (takes FOREVER to load) and you can't see the profile images. And I've reached out to customer service about this... Day 2 and it's still the same. The amount that is paid, doesn't add up to this still being an issue even after other commenters said this in 2021. It's a great quality app, when it's not slow. I believe it is worth the money for the quality members; however, the amount paid doesn't explain the issue.
Hello there, I had some negative thoughts about this app earlier but I have used it for five or more days and I have changed my mind and now it seems good. But there are a few things to be fixed like the mobile app is not easy to use it takes little time to load pictures and the website is not synchronised properly with the app there are many options missed on its website which are available on the app. So can you fix it to use it more easily and quickly it will mean a lot for me as a user.
Hey, everything was good but it's impossible to verify, I used my clear photos, tried 3 times and still can't verify((((( I wrote u about my problem on Email and waiting answer, hope you will help me🤗 Now I'm waiting verification again)))
I understand the need to monetize, but it's just far too expensive! Should be at most 20€ for the highest membership, and 10€ for the basic!
Updated review: The app doesn't work at all after the latest update. Can't respond to messages or see "matched" profiles. Original review: Not all profiles load and not all messages send even after a message to another person went through seconds before. Edit: i see same profiles i swiped left or right on MULTIPLE times
I can't understand why my account is not getting verified, very poor experience it's been like more than a week now and whenever i try to verify it says ' oops something went wrong '
FULL OF BUGS. Never seen anything like this in 2022. Speechless and i also paid the Black subscription. I Have an Android. Stay away.
This app is technically so bad, it is a pain to use it. It is super slow, freezes each time when you open the messages, does not move the cursor back in a message, did I say inceedibly slow? It's like an app from 8 years ago. But, the quality of people is somewhat better than other platforms.
The android app has some pretty bad bugs. It does not appear to even have the moments feature. No way to upload moments even though it says they are enabled in the settings. The time countdown for swiping also frequently resets itself without actually letting you swipe. The solution is restarting the app. There is also a disconnect between your messages on the site and messages on the app. No way to delete conversations either .
I have a paid version and I'm currently facing a lot of bugs with my messages. I still see deleted messages, profiles are messed up between messages, I'm not able to reach certain people that I had started a conversation with. This is issue is going for more than a week now and I already tried installing and reinstalling it, clearing catch and data, tried both app (pro), nothing works. Waiting on action to get this issue ASAP, and a quick attention from customer service. Very unsatisfied so far.
When I first signed up not all messages would go through. They fixed that but then it took forever to load. They fixed that only to have all my previous communication history lost. Next, I couldnt see who's visited my profile. Now on the latest update, ap crashes when I click on a profile. Customer service never replied to my email. For being the most expensive app it's the worse one available! Just deteleted with 2 mo left on subscription.
The app crashes or freezes for 2 minutes whenever you open up message or try to send one on Android and I get the message "the app isn't responding close or wait". Every. Single. Time. It's been months now and looking at the other reviews it's not just me or my device. Unacceptable for a paid app, I've met some real people that were great but the user experience on the app is awful and I almost hate to open and respond to messages knowing I'll have to go through the hangups and app freezes.
The app seems ok, if it would actually work. There's no way I'd pay for an app that crashes EVERY TIME I attempt to reply to a message from a match. I have several messages and can not reply. Also, I've had several cards sent to me multiple times. With limited cards per day, that's frustrating. I'd rather have all new cards. I have a basic account (no need to pay for something before you confirm it works) and I can see blurred images of "likes" but most of them aren't coming up in my cards.
The tech is HORRIBLE. Which is sad for a "luxury brand". I've been on the app for 2 weeks and the AI verification gets stuck telling me that my headshots failed and also not giving me the option to swap to another photo. All the while at this point I've gotten alerts that 36 people want to meet me, but I can't get passed the verification with either a professional or cell phone photo 🤦🏽♀️. Needless to say I'm uninstalling the app but wanted to leave a review 1st. Save your time and skip Luxy

For past 2 weeks the app crashes whenever I try to reply or send a message to Luxy members. It is very annoying. And in general the app is not smooth at all. It's interface is super slow not fluid at all like other competitor apps. I am using this app on android and I have sent this issue via email too. This is not how a "millionaire match" app should work.. 🙄 Edit : Luxy app team has fixed my issue and now it is working fine. Thanks
I'm unable to reset my password. The link I get on mail to reset is not working... Tried resetting the password many times but everytime the problem is same
I've literally had this app since last June. I've been told to up load a real picture of me with no filters showing head and shoulders face front and I did that at least 20 times and it kept getting rejected. It seems to have finally worked after almost 8 months. I also finally got a match so far I'm looking forward to seeing how this turns out.
Disastrous and horrible customer service!!!! :-( I purchase a 6-month Luxy black membership and soon afterwards the app does not work for me. The app keep freezing up on me and every time I try to send a message it states that my account has been deactivated. I followed the instruction to reactivate but that did not work. I uninstall the app and try to reactivate it that way but It does not recognize my recently purchased membership anymore. I have reached out to customer support but no reply.
Well it took about 18 months to fix, but the app is finally usable again. My only current complaint is that the "nearby" option in the search setting doesn't list people in order of their distance from you. It seems to do it in batches. Also, you can't copy messages, which is very useful when someone gives you their contact info.
