Normally love this app but... Something happened during a past update that caused the app to Glitch. It kept telling me I needed to verify myself, which I did, and then the screen never changed. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing changed. It still wouldn't let me verify. I tried to contact support. No answer. I'm really upset about this because I've been on it since the BETA testing. It's been literal YEARS. And as a long time customer, I expect the app to be working properly. Pls help

This app is broken. Keeps giving alerts but denying access when I open it. I plan to cancel my membership once I am able to get back in. Not worth the hassle.

I would give it 0 stars, if I could. I purchased luxy pro black membership and the app still wouldn't allow me to view anyone or chat. It would continously lead me to options for payment, and once I'd click on it, an error message would pop up that I'm already subscribed. It's been less than 24hrs and I've had no choice but to cancel the subscription. And there's no contact for help on the app, so I have no idea how to request a full refund.

Useless app..my password was correct but am not allowed to login..let me uninstall this trash🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I wish I could give this a zero star instead of one. This app makes absolutely no sense. Please remove this nonsense from play store.🙄😒😒

Got verified within a day and vouched in. Had quite a few profile visits so I was almost certain it was a scam bot type deal..once verified and able to send messages.. I didn't get flooded with messages from alleged random profiles like some other sites will do off top. Without paying I have been able to send a few messages since I was verified a hour ago. Not sure if I'll have to pay to open messages when I get one back. We will see. So far it's an okay app

Disastrous and horrible customer service!!!! :-( I purchase a 6-month Luxy black membership and soon afterwards the app does not work for me. The app keep freezing up on me and every time I try to send a message it states that my account has been deactivated. I followed the instruction to reactivate but that did not work. I uninstall the app and try to reactivate it that way but It does not recognize my recently purchased membership anymore. I have reached out to customer support but no reply.

This app looks wonderful and stylish, but it always need to improve it's service to be more fast and flexible, good luck guys 🙏

SCAM. AI verification is error and it got error after payment. Then unable to do any else. Keep showing that " fail to verify AI". It's system error but have no place to report it in the app. And cant do anything. Tried 100 times included deleted app and reinstall but nothing changes. I did contact their email support, no one responded. Disappointed

App is horrible and you can't verify your photo.

Signed up, paid and was immediately blocked. Luxy please may I have my refund. Unfortunately Google play couldn't help. Please just give me my money back.

This app is Just something... I haven't even finished signing in, my account gets blocked.... Based on what... A picture of my face...not the first time, I tried signing up the account keeps being disabled both times I had just uplouded a decent pic not interacted with anyone.... Claiming they have reports lol...and I haven't even finished creating the account lol...the support team isn't helpful keep saying the account has been disabled with no clear indication.

The app maker refuses to invest any money in the app and it shows. It is very slow and constantly crashes. Messages and matches randomly disappear. Google shouldn't let it on the platform unless they make the app stable.

I'm on the latest version. Half of the times, the application remains frozen. It hangs and automatically exits me from the app. Then, my phone freezes too. It doesn't give religion filters so it's an irrelevant place.

I have not been able to chat with people and it's blocked me asking to verify only 2 weeks in ... I have contacted support . not good business

So my percentage moved from 82% to 49% in less than an hour. Were all the members who didn't want to vouch for me waiting for when timer was almost running out or is this app just programmed to reject anyone who has not paid? Why have a basic package if you reject everyone who tries to join without first subscribing? We can't even tell how the app works. What are we subscribing for?

Scam. My account was blocked right after just setting up a profile. I hadn't spoken to anyone or even seen anything of the app. The minute I loaded my profile picture I was blocked. Obviously full of bots. I emailed Luxy support weeks ago and my account is still blocked for no reason. Don't waste your time with this app. Please don't reply with the generic "your account was disabled for the following reasons" as none of those reasons apply to me.

For the lousy support and malfunctioning of the mobile app - would give 0 as the app is not working even for main options as reading your messages Ps: even after the new update the issue is still there.... 3months since app is not working properly Ps2: In the new version, when you upload a new photo, it will delete your old ones🤦‍♀️ Fatal! Ps3: Each update of the app is horor. No matter how many updates I installed, still cant use the basic functions properly such as match or send a message 🤷‍

Reached out to Luxy because I paid for a 3 months subscription ($150) and I realised they have very few profiles in Manhattan between 35 and 45. Their answer? You should extend to 28-60. Priceless. So users have to change their preferences to match the limitations of the app. They won't refund. I must admit this made me laugh so there's that 😁 EDIT: I did reach out. No refund. So your service is crappy, your customer unhappy, all you have to say is 'I have your money & keeping it". Classy!

It was good when it worked but now it wony load. It still sends push notifications but I cant open the app. I've tried updaying, uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing is working.

Crashes each time its opened from my android device, when I use my apple device in messaging it only displays messages from the other person, none of my messages are shown. This app needs some maintenance.

Scam! 3/4ths time my vouch % remained in 80s, then at the last few hours, I watched it drop drastically to around 45% within matter of 30mins to an hr. The last 3 hrs I watched and my % range stayed on avg 47%-50% and went under 47 a few times but never once did it go over 50 though it hit 50% plenty of times. Timer ends and it's at 50% in the green and I was vouched out. I have the screenshots to prove it. Also no lag during vouching and when it's over, lagging and freezing starts. Did vouch2x

Nice app a bit strict standards but nice, I willing to pay soon I see a good outcome 👍🏿
