Cannot proceed with Mobile recharge at anytime. Pathetic app with worst software management.Also ur website's drop down button never works to even select a operator or circle for mobile recharge. Lvb reward gets expired every month with this non responsive app and website. Look into into asap!
Worst LVB Rewards. Couldn't do recharge for more than earned points. Couldn't recharge all the denomination mentioned in its own app, only few denomination will work.
None of the mobile and dth tariffs are updated..can't recharge with the old one ! U guyz need to update the tariffs for all the mobile networks n dth recharges...simply waste of time in using this app...
Please dont even think of install this app. Utter waste app. Not able to login since last 8 months.sent multiple mails to them. nothing done. Pathetic customer service.
Yay! I get point for every rupee i spent.. and i can buy other goodies with it...!!!! I love this very much. Double happiness in spending money. Good for those who value for money.
When trying to view the rechage plane. app gets fore close. first fix this. then launch the app for book a flight ticket.
What is the point giving if use can't use them, everytime i go in to redeem the points i can't and it says process failed.
Recharge link is not working kindly check it. When I enter the link the app s automatically closing.

It showing that 'please enter the valid details ' whileI enter forgot password . same while, when I enter forgot user idit sending the details please rectify the bug

From the past 2 months (Aug, Sep) transactions are not reflecting in the reward page and I phoned and mailed them many times but no response. Every time they are asking 7 more days to sort out the issue and nothing useful. I lost almost more than 30000 points 👎👎👎
