There is no customer service at all. No way to contact someone to solve your problem. My old sim card just stopped working and I tried all day to call them to swap the numbers with zero success. I tried from Lyca sim, from other operator's sim, even from abroad. And the result was only the recorded answer that my call is important for them.(Not at all,£££) I spent more than I have in my old sim and even didn't contact them, this app only leads me to customer service who doesn't want to exist.

I don't use data and I rarely make a call. I always top up with only £5 only (without any plan). I started receiving messages from Lyca "your balance is low..." I checked my balance it was too low. So thought to investigate properly. I wrote down balance in my diary. I waited without any making call then checked it again and 15p was deducted from my balance. Something was wrong so I tried to call them but no answer so tried to complaint via online form but it's error out there.

Internet doesn't work. It takes 1hr to get access to internet after turning mobile data on. When I downloaded this app and tried to open the "internet not working" tab , the app crashed every time. Worst experience.

Rubbish app, you have to do what the application wants to do, you are obliged to give permission to the app on top of others so it can work, will uninstall! The sim also rubbish, offers you roaming free in Switzerland and when you arrive you have got nothing... Waste of time and money, I guess that's what you get for cheap stuff...

HOPELESS WE travelled to France then UK.Purchased Sim in Paris the only thing I was able to do was receive.Trying to access assistance first from the seller...was useless, then online...even worse.My experience is this mobile service is worse than useless.They have zero support. Do not waste your money.

This is worst operator i have seen till now. They don't reply to your mail . My number was switched off for 2 weeks they dont even cared to look into problem.. I would not recommend anyone to use it. Very worst experience. Disappointed

I can't even log in using the code they give. Tried multiple times and nothing. I went to deactivate the app so I can uninstall it and it won't even let me do that! Terrible!!!!!!

Why does it need My phone's usage access?! If I were to see how much my phone consumes, I already have "data usage" interface for that, you telecom people scam us by noting more then what is required! Also there is not Netherlands in this.. Only surrounding countries are there !

worst app.. it is asking for lot of device and other apps information. uninstalled it after 5 mins.. i could give negative rating if it was possible. they are storing card information without consent.. I am going to stop using lyca sim.

I have bought lyka sim card in france. And I was on 4G only in france. In all other countries I was on 3G. I sent an email to them but they can not help and problem was not solved. Do not buy this brand sim card it is useless

Very dissapointed with Lyca I ordered a new SIM for 20 £ online didny even get the balance but got the new SIM thanks alot and worse bit it 9 pence to call customer service including standard calling rate this is a shame must be first customer number to charge extra

idiot's. they took money from my credit card without my permission. i dont have nothing activated. operator's are worse, nothing competes.
