Not serving as expected. Quality of channel is very low and kept on loading. Most of the times have to uninstall to load it correctly. Same issue with the app downloaded on Firestick. very disappointed with lyca also suntv is showing as small screen, it appeared they are cutting down a scroll throughs.... not good experience to watch . something Lyca need to take this seriously... 15 months for £69 is offer but not worth now other providers also coming down with price with high HD quality.
Keeps showing black blank screen. i have to uninstall and install most of the time.even when viewing. Vijay TV quality is very bad and hangs often. Wasted my subscription. Previously i subscribed for one month and ended the contract due to the same issue. After a year i tried again , its still the same issue. I tried to put faith but disappointed with Lyca team. Please do read the feedbacks written here ; take appropriate action to provide a good service to customers if you need them.
Most of the subscribed channels are not playing since last two months. Have been contacting lyca customer support almost 30 times, but of no use. Support guys asks each time same set of questions and troubleshooting. Unfortunately, i have 10 more months of subscription and had to struggle like this or go for other operators barring the loss.
stopped working now and it has been not working for almost a month. Lyca tech support hs been advised multipple times. Only Lyca tv box is working for me for the past month. All other devices stopped. 26/02/2019 still not working???? its been more than a month and so many attempts...still not working. makes you think twice to keep paying annual subscription. I have decided to pull out and ask for refund.
Im not exxagerating but this is the worst streaming app I have ever used. Always bugs and no creativity in design. On top of it, they removed sun nxt from my plan after I paid for annual subscription. Won't suggest this even if available for $2 per month.
Canadian Users Beware! it's not easy to get a refund if you cancel in the 7 day trial period. I got trapped in their 1 year term since they only offer trial if you get a year plan. So far they refuse to refund and told me continue with their service.
Poor customer service. Before signing in for the yearly plan, the customer service officers will call you so many times but after that trying to contact them for any fault reporting, the hotline is never answered. Email queries are also with no replies. Do not make the same mistake as me in signing up for the hopeless app.
What happen to multiple time zones feature. The option has gone. Some channels are missing eg. Jaya Max- they were in the ad promoted by lyca tv. Very misleading
Worst... I subscribed for 1 month and after 15 days my subscription is lost.. But my account says still 15 days left.. When I try to Contact customer service or send a message no one replied Looks like a scam
Cannnot play on Android TV v 9 and above Unable to locate the app in android tv 9. Tentekotta keep crashing in Android 9. Dissapointing.
You don't need to read the device id or require phone call permission. Use the advertising id or generate your own unique uuid. Instant delete.

What kind of rubbish app is this ? I renewed my subscription recently and for the past 4 days non of the channels in the app are working. It only prompts an unknown error occurred. That's all. Even if I want to get help via the call centre it's only displaying the same message. Unknown error occurred. This is such a big rip off. I doubt I'll be even renewing it!
