Works for recharging, except for the auto renewal feature. No matter how much you try you can't activate auto renewal.
I am unable to login through mobile app as verification code is not sent. I can see that many reported this issue. Could support team please fix this. Thanks
Can't set up account due to verification code not being sent. I just want to be able to see my remaining data.
Does not run smoothly all the time. Payments menu can be easier to use. Auto renew plan feature has not been working for at least the past two months.
Bad business practice. I ordered one year contract But the sim card stopped working after a few weeks. I called Lycamobile but still not working. They blamed on my phone but I was using another Lycamobile sim and it works. Stay away from one year contract. The app is actually very good though.
This is one of the most terrible app, if not the most, I've encountered in my life. Lycamobile services also shambolic as always even though it's on t-mobile network.
Hello I would like lycamobile app having plan renewal button to have on and off toggle flexibility. So that user can turn PLAN autorenew on and off instantly at any time whether at the beginning or middle or at the end of plan.user should be able to turn on and turn off the plan auto renewal any time during the plan period..

It is almost a scam. There is no support. For all my e-mails I get no response. There is no 1st top-up 50% bonus, Internet is a joke. First of all, there is no way to check roaming and local data. I was able to see only local usage. Another problem is APN configuration. I each country there is a difference. Also there is a problem with DNS, I had to use google, as provided where not working. And speed is random 30kb/s-2Mb/s Avoid this service.
International calling stopped all of a sudden. Tried reset, restart etc. Tried calling Lyca helpdesk. Disconnects automatically.
This app is horrible. Customer service doesn't even know this app and how to solve it. You're not gonna recieve the sms text for the code to login to this app. I don't think you could even login to this app with your password. The app used to be good if you can login to this app. All the problem has been solved after switching my carrier to mint mobile.
Got a message to download the latest version because "any previous Lycamobile app is not supported anymore". Guess what? New one doesn't work either lmao. Don't bother downloading the app. Just go to the website and suffer through the glitchy exlerience. At least better than wasting space on an app that doesn't work.
I always troubled finished my recharge than i have to go recharge store or i have to pay more everyday months i did somany time complained by mail but no response that why I'm very upset its bad experience
No. It used to work halfway decent. But the last couple months... POS / junk!!! Annoying AF to try & get logged on, always "Please try later". Sends OTP Code to your phone (they should send to email cuz if your phone isn't working you won't receive... duh!)... & by the time the code arrives you have like 5 seconds left to enter it. If the code even arrives. App slow if you can get in. Acct info may or may not show up. Basically unusable altogether.
Lycamobile sent a text to download a new version of app saying old version is no longer supported.. I thought they finally fixed the bug and released a new version.. problem fixed? Not even close. Keep showing please try again whenever I put my number in. Soooo annoying.
The app is stuck. Its frozen on what appears to be a slide of images explaining what the user can do with the app, but it's not changing, and tapping it doesn't do anything.
Very bad experience . App crashes every time when try to recharge. Black screen appears and recharge is not done. There is bug in your application please fix the app it is very frustrating.
I found Lycamobile service last spring and until today very pleased with the crystal clear phone service & proficient mobile data. The affordable rates are hands down the best I have found. However, I had my service interrupted Two days ago because of financial hardship. I purchased a Lycamobile recharge card and 3 1/2 hours later & over 6 calls to representatives may be another 48 hours with no phone. You can't recharge calling from your phone. Unbelievable
the worst carrier in the world! dont get this if you like it slow, it always says it's on 4g LTE but it cant load a single image when I am outside I had high expectations for this app but it ain't giving me what I want especially with the speeds
Bad User Interface. The app is not maintained well. Features are not well built. Also, the reponse time is long. Cannot show any details of my line.

Poor connection in making and receiving calls.
Advised by lycamobile staff not to use app, and website will refuse to consistently grant access to your account/ balance details to keep you from seeing how you are being ripped off especially on Internet data.
not good, network in my area very poor. (Arlington heights) most of the time I can't make calls or receive calls. improvements is highly recommended.
Bad Customer Service. I made the payment and they never activated the plan and never sent so called 8 digit activation code. After repeated call to customer service, they asked me to send the proof of payment. I finally have to dispute the charge with my credit card company that it is fraudulent charge and scam.
I tried to recharge my phone many times but it always crashes before transaction and it didn't work well tried many times. They should be fixed soon. Thank you for the understanding
I'm getting Phone Call disconnection Very Frequently. What's Wrong ? Data plan never worked since i bought new connection. Unable to use mobile network data when i'm outside on streets when i need that the most, it never works.

You better watch out for their 40 gigs at 4g plan. You will never get that. It ALWAYS drops down to 2g after 35 gigs. Another problem, their help line takes forever to get through,and they never seem to be that knowledgeable. You can call 5 different times with the same question and get 5 different answers from 5 different people. And I mean that literally. Another than that, they're great. 😕
