Every thing was fine, but from 3weeks the app keep crashing . Please fix the problem with an upgrade.
Keeps crashing at start, making the app unusable...
One of the worst apps I've tried using. Tried because I couldn't even manage to login. Have tried for weeks. Each login asks for a captcha as if I'm on the web and not a mobile app which is supposed to know that this is not a bot. I've had only bad experiences with this app and customer support deflected.
Lykke is a great app. They take security very seriously, maybe too much. I like their latest thing - LyCi token which is composite of all popular coins. Briliant, and the fees are zero or marginal compared to other exhanges. I seriously don't understand how someone else can use any other exchange by now.
Stop changing the look-and-feel of this app every few month. Every time it feels as if it's a completely different app and it's very confusing.
The security issues in this one are trash, sometimes login works sometimes not, for this reason of unpredictability alone, I cannot recommend this app, if you can play it safe like a kindergartener, maybe this app is for you.
Overall poor customer experience and user design. Missing lots of features. No transparency over fees.
Not opening. Connection reset error. Using Samsung S9plus. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Still the same issue. Cannot access my assets.
Tried to log into my account, password, secret code, entered then it says enter sms verification code, wait for code, no code, request for a code like 5 times, nothing!! All the while i want to transact, time is money, ill take my money somewhere else thank you!!
Very backward app. Very limited services compared with Binance. Can't even provide a USDT deposit link on the app. Uninstalled.
Fast and good customer support. An exchange that provides well regulated services. Definitely stay with Lykke all the way 👍
Unable to trace transfers, constant errors when trying to view a number of cryptos and terrible liquidity

When I log in, the app says, Unexpected error detected, Seems like useless
At least 3 times the order was not executed even though the market reached that price.

Stupid app. My verification code always "error" every time I place a correct code.
Dont put any crypto here, you will lost it. Get other one that trustable and secure.

Signed up after very log time, but getting account blocked due to multiple trial!!! Buy LKK to watch it die.
This app keeps crashing. For example, i tried to retrieve my wallet address for a deposit. App crashed and did not allow me to retrieve the address. I then took my wallet address from an old transaction and did the deposit. Money deposited arrived, and they said it was an old wallet address. They want to charge me 500 CHF fees to get my funds. This is not right, I acknowledge.
