Pain in the #@* to set up. After the set up, it Locks up completely, I have to close the app and reopen. Also continues running after close, and have to force stop the app to save power.
It crashes all the time. It runs for short time then crashes. Am An IT and a Programmer and this app wasn't written well buggy
There is no abilty to set or change Anything. Alarm settings for motion ect but no way to say or set what alrm notification is...so nothing happens
This app no longer works I entered my username and password and it keeps saying login verification failed. This app is trash

I haven't had an issue with this app at all. If I log in and it says I'm having any kind of issue, it's on my end. Usually all it is, is having to reboot my router! If you hook up the camera and DVR system correctly you won't have a problem with the app. This is just my experience and my opinion. I have high speed internet and an Samsung Galaxy S8 phone.
works well , does have a few issues while using phone data looses conection (network timeout)after about 2min. video is very sluggish and slow at times. audio isnt as dependable, wish the zoom worked. but overall its good i dont have any major complaints.. good app
Doesn't work. it fails at the registration screen. It won't send me a pin to finish the registration for both phone number and email.
Horrible navigation. Crashes constantly. No way to log in and or save images or videos. Worst app I have ever used. Also unable to keep the app from running constantly in the background.
Not bad, needs little tweaking. Not as intuitive interface as I would like. Plus no function controls.
App crashes alot. Cameras are always offline even if you on your own nework. Will say wrong password when these systems have no password.
The app works fine. It's very good dvr and app for the price. All reviews are because when you setup the app u have to have all the wifi setup. Once u have yet wifi setup right there is no problem with being able see cameras from your phone weather it's through wifi or cell data.
Always said device offline or force closed the app... Have being like a week I can access my cam.. You really need to fix de offline and force close problema it's so annoying
everytime I try to watch my cameras on my phone and makes my phone restart I've had this thing for probably over a year that one single update its junk don't waste your time or money
Thank you for the update! My cameras are back to working right now! Still would be a 5 if you could fast forward the playback from the app.
App wont load when not conntected to same internet..its nice app gets updated then 1 thing fixed but then 10 things dont work or it doesnt work when not on same internet network
This app is so bad it won't even let you register
I'm stuck with a security camera system that's not that great and this app that's terrible. I was trying to save money. Once again, big mistake. I highly doubt they will even bother to update it now that they've got our money. Over a year and no updates! I finally got the app working with my system and was excited to be able to view remotely on my phone. Then realized it was running up my data when not on wifi. Why should I have to force stop an app? I am so angry and frustrated with this junk!
