LYNX Bus Tracker

Bad UX. First, bus routes are not sorted correctly. Second, the "save" and "show none" buttons are right next to each other. So if you select a bunch of routes and try to click "save", you might accidentally clicking "show none"... which resets the list.

This app is slow, takes a long time to load information and it doesn't cache data between loads. The route list is confusing as some of the routes are not labeled consistently or sorted in order. It frequently forgets favorited stops. The UI for picking routes is confusing. When buses are late, half the time they don't bother to show them on the map at all. Sometimes on time buses don't show up, and then you have to wonder if they are going to show up at all or are just not on the map. When it works, it can be an anxiety relief, but it's hard to rely on this. At least it only crashes occasionally, and when buses show on the map at all, it's accurate.

I think that the app is overall great. When I first started using the application yesterday I noticed that the application Would panoff and a direction on the map. Whenever I would try to move it it would do the same thing but sometimes it would be unresponsive. Overall I think the app is great it should just fix the issue or any bugs on it.

TERRIBLE APP!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Not only is it confusing to read (tip: turn off all the bus routes and view them 3 at a time, otherwise its impossible to navigate) but the screen is CONSTANTLY moving. You'll spend so much time trying to move the screen to see your route that you'll miss your bus. The screen won't stay still, and BARELY responds to touch. Huge waste of time.

This app use to be very helpful for making sure your out to the bus in time. Also so you know if it's running late. But now the app won't show any routes at all. Even in the setting to select what bus routs you want to see, there is not one single route to select. Tried uninstalling, clear the cash and all that. It still owing work at all. When and if they fix this problem I will increase my rating but not before then

It definitely helps, but do not rely on it for your scheduling. The GPS is sometimes slow, so if you use the tracker to determine when to head to your stop, you may miss your bus. It would be nice if buses had numbers associated with time slots, so that you know if the buses you see on the trackers are late or the one you are looking for has its tracker disconnected.

Extremely helpful in eliminating that "where's the bus!?!?!" feeling. You can always find out where it is before it gets there or you dash for no reason, or NEED to make a run for it cause it got ahead. SAVE YOUR STOPS in a convenient list and get all the routes you may need with a few clicks and taps, and .... .... .... .... presto; info for you! Very great, cant live without once you try and utilize fully daily. Great for the lolly visitor on foot.

Not all buses show on the routes and the times are not always accurate. There have been too many times to count, when I have missed buses due to the app not being accurate. Even if I give or take 5 minutes. I have missed crucial appointments costing me hundreds of dollars for relying on the app. Buses have even shown on the app that werent even there. I cannot give it more than 2 stars. It also lags a lot. Not crazy about this app

I think it is a great app however it needs some tweaking. It's fairly easy to use and extremely accurate. However I don't like the fact that the screen seems to move upwards and I have to keep readjusting. I also don't like the fact that it doesn't tell you which bus is which. It would be helpful if you could put the bus number and just the direction it is going. Like I don't need to see 107 Florida Mall eastbound and 107 Florida Mall westbound. It would be more effective if you put something along the lines of 107 Florida Mall and 107 Lynx Central Station. That would make that up a lot easier to use.

This app gets 2 stars only because It exists. Its a step in the right direction for bus travelers. OAN.... it is hardly reliable. At times there is no bus on the map, then all of a sudden, one zooms by. One minute it looks like its going in one direction, then it flips and turns in another direction.

This app has worked for main lines, but not every bus shows up when it should. If they have to flip a switch on the bus, the drivers for 09 always forgets until later in the day. My screen has recently started to glide upwards instead of responding to the movements of my thumb. It's kinda hard to use when you can't see the buses you need now.

Three stars because the app updates quite regularly, and still has the same bugs. Won't show a bus on the schedule with others, return to app lil while later and Tah-dah the bus you were searching for earlier is exactly where it's supposed to be. Also sometimes it will not even show your bus on the map. And sometimes the GPS does not keep up it will say that it is about a half mile down the road when it is literally sitting right in front of you.

Love the app, just wish certain buses would show up more often, most esp in the heat,cold,rain,wind...New to the app, I didn't know the side swipe,plan a trip area nor that you can click on and off certain routes that you don't plan on using because of where & when I dwnloaded the app,like while waiting for & getting on a crowded bus...lol..not the best time to do that but we're human & fallible,plain & simple. People at bus stops always appreciate when I show them where the buses are

Dear developers, please read the review. the application freezes while it is loading, I can make acoffee and make breakfast, but seriously, it works very slowly and freezes. The application shows an error, but the money is debited, after restarting the ticket purchase is displayed. Also the camera freezes. as a payment, I indicated my bank card, but every time the application asks me for a payment method.

This app is complete garbage. Half the time when you go on and look for a bus it does not show any buses listed for the bus you are looking for. One time I was waiting for the 40 and it never came so I checked the tracker app and it showed no 40 buses on the map. 5 minutes later as I am walking thinking there is no 40 it shows up and drives right past me. I called lynx the next morning and they confirmed the app is glitchy most of the time and will not always display a bus even though the bus is right next to you or close by. Well then I said that defeats the purpose of the app if over half the time the app does not show the bus I need! They said sorry there is nothing we can do about that. Um yes there is.... it's called contact your app developer and have them update and fix the bugs and glitches in the app. Typical lynx doesn't care about their customers. I am just saying. Fix the app....

It's a great app when drivers have their GPS turned on. What's really annoying though is the map constantly moves and it didn't do that on my previous phone. So I don't know what's going on there. Fix the map from moving, and make drivers keep GPS on and then it'll get 5 stars from me.
