Love the app, easy to schedule a ride. It's also great when you can see when your driving is arriving.
Mostly works, but why does it let you schedule a ride of the bus isn't running? That's pretty messed up when people rely on you to get to work.
they always cancelling the rides. never show up on time, but when u try to ask for a little more time they leave
either the app or the drivers randomly cancel your ride as they approach your area.
New login feature isn't working it won't let me login after creating an account.
what's the point of "Start Now" when you gonna cancel the ride?????? Take that off and only have scheduled. That is more reasonable.
Alton Is A Tenured Bus Driver who ive known thru public transit for 20+ years lets Applause Lynx for such dedicated workers who still use intergrity and relaible service when you need to be where you have to go on time

It came and i was satisfied
Didn't pick us up after accepting the ride request and waited over an hour and no bus showed up.
Update mess up the whole app
I really would love to use the app but the new pickup spots for the 621 hasn't been updated so I can even use the app. Also it doesn't show up on the pawpass app so it's difficult to transfer.
