I can't make transfer—no item in cart. This happens every time, so I have to beg the bus driver to please let me on. This holds up the line boarding the bus, and is embarrassing to me. I have searched and not found anything helpful to fix the problem. And looking at the reviews, lots of people have this problem. Lynx needs to assign an high-level employee who will authorize and expedite repairs to the app.

This "No item in the cart" error with the transfer tickets needs to be resolved ASAP. I've had to purchase more than one standard ticket just so I can transfer from one bus to another and it shouldn't be this way. Reading previous reviews, looks like this problem has been ongoing and no one within Technology Partners has addressed it. Maybe I should just purchase a paper ticket if you're not going to address this mobile technology issue and uninstall the app.

Every time I go to get my transfer it ALWAYS gives me the "no items in cart" error. Y'all need to fix this app and your bus system because it's literally the worst! Having to get up 4 hours before my shift to catch a bus because y'all can't run efficiently or on time is ridiculous! Most horrible service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing!!

Stopped being able to use the transfer feature. I might as well go back to paper passes at this point. Says no items in your cart. Even though it clearly shows the transfer is right there.

WE PAY TAXES FOR THESE SERVICES! The free bus wifi never works. Maybe on 1 out of 5 busses. And the GPS bus tracker only works on about 60% of busses not to mention the pawpass app maes me re-enter my payments info every time. Says the saved info couldn't be processed then I delete it and enter the same exact info again and it takes it

App works slow. Its annoying to have search through the entire list of routes which makes boarding complicated and time consuming. Why not just have a qr code to recognize purchase? Keep it simple!!! The star rating is due to my tickets not showing up in the app after downloading the app in my new phone. They told me I had to manually swap my tickets. I keep getting an error message and cant swap my passes . 🤯😤

App was fine until today. It completely stopped working. I used it in the morning, and then in the afternoon it wouldn't load anything. Not my current passes, the page to buy new passes, or even my account information. I tried everything including uninstalling and redownloading the app to no avail. My week pass that I only used once is now rendered useless.

I see everyone saying something along the lines of "they switched phones, and now it won't show their tickets" .. but if you go to my account and then to "my devices", you can move the tickets to whichever phone you want. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars 🌟 is bc at times, it acts up and takes a while to load, especially when I'm about to board the bus. I'll have to close and re open the app numerous times before I get to my tickets. I haven't had to get off the bus yet, but I have seen it happen. And I don't want to wait for the next bus because y'alls app is acting funny. Get that fixed and you'll have a perfect app.

the apps should use GPS to find closest bus stops near me and reduce the list of those, there's no need to search through the entire catalog of buses, ("if the GPS is on"). the app should have a widget button for when I press it automatically opens my bus pass for faster easier access. Also the app can you use NFC communication for the bus quicker bus passes.

I recently changed phones and had a ticket on my account from my college and a payed for ticket in my account, both are gone and now I have to pay extra for my commute to college since my tickets aren't showing up

Worked smooth for about a month, then simply stopped working. One day it would not load my pass and has not worked since, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success... Very inconvenient due to the nature of the app, I bought a 30-day ticket and now I have to pay for a ride again with cash unless i want to be stranded. Please refund!

My passes kept disappearing before I could show it to the bus operator! I had 2 day passes on my app at the time, tried to use 1, clicked on the bus route I needed, confirmed I was boarding & the pass just disappeared. I tried the other, went through the same process & that one disappeared. I had to purchase 2 more because the bus operator didn't believe it & it continued to happen! REFUND ME THE PRICE OF THOSE PASSES NOW!!!!! I emailed you guys!!

Wanted to give this app a try. But it looks like I'll be deleting this app. I just purchased a 7 day pass. It said there was an error with the card I used, yet I received a text message saying the purchase was made. I'm much better off just getting the bus pass in person like I been doing.

Can any fix this app to one purchase at atime . Because i havent use this app since covid 19 now am running on the bus check there was no change now using the app for the frist time quickly made a one pass of 2$ only to see its two was charge for and they both expire the same time so i wasted 2$ and am pissed why would buy two single pass at the same time for only me i would definetly love a refund

Only flaw is that with the daily or monthly pass when transferring immediately to another route/bus# the first route still remains and the app does not allow you to change route making the driver not let you through even if you show that you have the daily/monthly pass. Please fix.

The same thing happened to me. Feb 6-7 the app deleted ALL my payment methods and I did not have any of them with me to reput them in. My husband send me 3 different card informations and it would not allow me to enter them. I understand that glitches happen..but you deffinitly need to post an in app alert or send out an email.

Kinda pointless to have an app that doesn't work. Trip planner doesn't load Google maps and therefore is useless. Website has the same issue. This app is do-do.

normally this app works great. but when the app dumps my payment info while i was still logged in and doesnt ask for a password then something is wrong. i had to put in my payment info right before the bus got to the stop. good job lynx

Tried to sign in on another device to access my tickets but they do not show up. I made sure I was not logged into the app on another device and removed the app but the issue persisted. So now I cannot use the tickets I paid for.

It might be a good idea to build a feature on the app that lets riders know if certain routes are canceled or delayed or whatever. Like how hard is that? Now I'm late for work, and have to spend money on a Lyft.

While the app does its purpose nicely, password recovery is terrible. Should a reset be needed, it often takes several minutes to receive the e-mail.

If you lose your phone, you lose the tickets you bought. I logged into another phone and my tickets wouldnt show up. Otherwise, the app is convenient.

non reliable app, it doesn't save your payment card info, too many glitches and headaches with this app. i do understand now why passengers prefer paying CASH. use cash money and avoid using the Lynx Paw Pass.

This is actually a lifesaver, EXCEPT when I have to change phones and my tickets are no longer available. I have to either keep my old phone to use my tickets or I just end up losing them if I can't access my old phone.
