Totally out-dated and cumbersome mechanism for both setup and usage of two-factor authentication. You have to manually enter challenge and response every time. No QR-codes, no real intergration. I would prefer to use an alternative authenticator but you are limited to use this one in order to be able to use the trading platform.
1. sometimes is not possible to open then app and see the result of the day before. 2. the data of some Stocks are incomplete (like no showing the dividend) 3. the data of the day before that are showen are not true/clear.
App has problems when connecting (my internet connection is great). It's been days since I've been able to log in and see my portfolio. Bad experience
I recently downloaded the app. I have not yet been able to open it, it freezes on the startup screen each time, please help me out
A bit complicated and not user friendly as for example the Degiro app. Please make also the basic version accessable by the app
Calculation of profit/loss when doing trades is wrong. When you later check in the Performance tab on their web page you see totally different numbers. What is so hard about subtracting few numers?
the one thing that is missing is the posibility to roll an option or a spread. think about it!
watchlists created in the web are not seen in the app, but app is more stable as the web itself
They block everyone from buying a stock when they are on the losing end. Trashy.
read only login does not work on android pie, fail read only setting activation...
I trade for 1,5 years with them now and I'm just so disappointed with their services.. The people on the telephone are just trainee's that can't answer the most simple questions... I also found very odd costs in my Reports that till today’s I have no clue what they mean. Do yourself a favor and get another broker.
The watchlist in the web is nowhere to be found in the app

Nice app. There is a bug trying to read PDF news for stocks. Would be nice to add the economic news / portfolio / watchlist calendar
Excellent and aesthetic app for managing portfolio, does everything I need
This app has a wealth of information for trading, but the presentation for a retail investor (probably majority of their customer base) is *way* too technical. I am currently struggling to find the ISIN or even the official name of an ETF I own. I have access to a plethora of figures, ratios, graphs and other data - but I am lacking fundamental user friendliness attributes. So odd..
