New home screen layout is really bad, it isn't intuitive and doesn't show important data. Could you return the old layout ( or add an option to switch between layouts )
With the latest upgrade to android 9 on samsung s8 + doesen't work log in with fingerprint, also the verification of payment through the fingerprint does not work. I can not belive that you need soo many time to correct this, especially after I saw that user report this more than two months ago to you. So probably you dont care I don't see other answer.
In the last few days app won't log in on a WiFi network (connection is excellent so that's not a problem, also i tried it in my office, home, at my friend's house and other people i know tested it- it's all the same) On 4g network it works fine.
New home screen design is just bad. Instead of balance and latest transactions view that was very useful now I see same balance on 5 places. Option to chose home screen layout would be great at this point.
New version is complete disaster. mToken not working, bugging, mBanking reports errors. Not only that, without mToken you cannot access online banking. And all of that just before deadlines for bills... nice.
Refreshed design is actually nice when you get use to it.
Overall very pleasent to use, no delays when clicking on options etc. One thing i would like to have is time detail on the payment or withdrawal, atm. only date is shown.
The app lacks the main feature that I need and that's the ability to see available funds on account not belonging to me, but that I have additional card issued for. Comment after reply: Thank you for the reply. But that was exactly my point. If I can get that information from the bank, I do not see a reason why it was not shared to be through application.
notifications are offen behind transactions even tough im on wifi i end up having to login to the app anyways to check on transactions.... alsou why isnt there a time stamp on transactions ?? thats so basic yet absent from this app.
Good app overall, but NBS IPS QR returns error when scanned. On few occasions notifications that are sent from a bank shown on the android are not visible in the app.
Very good application, it is very helpful when I don't have time to go to the post office to pay something, I can easily do it with an app and the best thing is that you don't have to pay a fee when paying like that!

application keeps crashing, and after several times trying to log in, it forces me to activate mBanking again and again. Also I can't activate mToken since I didn't received activation code.Working hours for support are not the same on official web site , it says it works until 21h on working days and actually when you call it machine says they work till 19h.Very unprofessional!!!
Ever since the last update it doesn't even let me login, I type in my PIN and the app just freezes and it stays like that until I get a prompt to close it because it's not responding
I like the app. In the spending report, you should remove internal transfers because they increase the numbers by a large amount.
login error log in error. . . This happens moust of the time when I try to log in. please fix this, because I need this app to work properly anytime, not just when app wants
the app is easy to use. The problem is that if I change my phone or want to activate transaction I need to go to bank to do it first.
MCash is the best thing a student that forgot all his pins could use. Great app for quick transactions, especially since basically all students of Belgrade University are clients of this bank. Noice work boys.

Since the last update, the login with touch id is not available and I can't access my account.
This is the best user interface for mobile Bank app in Serbia. Simply beautiful! Hopefully they will enable more functionalities in app to avoid wasting time in bank branches.

I don't like the new update it's unuseful and unpractical, half of the options I can not find...
In my country, this is the best app I have encountered, from several banks and financial services.

Amazing app,only thing that is missing (at least i was not able to find it) is editing payment templates without actually paying someone again.Everything else is fine, i did prefer previous home screen design, but new one is fine as well. Overall ease of use is remarkable, and app is fast and reliable!
