This might be the worst app I ever ever used. You can't use your back button unless you want to go to the very beginning of the lists again. The app has a very lackluster search option, so good luck getting back to an item you found if you accidently go back. Why, if I'm on a specific item's page, would hitting my back button take me back to the top of the home page list, and not just back to where I left off?? It's an awful design and clearly shows the app's designers were the lowest bidders

The app freezes often when you need to bid. I don't think their system is capable of keeping up with the amount of traffic it's getting. While not about the app, keep in mind the warehouse staff is got it mid. Some are excellent. Some are crass and dismissive. Many can't answer a simple question. And don't count on their customer service to help or return a phone call. Again, it's hit or miss at best. Be sure to open items BEFORE you leave. Oftenthe contents of the box will not be correct.

Love M@C, buy all the time.. new app is a horrendous. Revert back to the old app asap. Sales had to go down since this app. It is very difficult to use. I have closed the app and quit bidding specifically because of the usability of it. Terribly frustrating. Previews too large, hard to tell what things are. If you hit the back button while having an auction open it leaves the auction open instead of closing it but the screen behind it go backwards. Then you loose your spot. Major downgrade.

Always have great items available and easy to use. My only complaint is that I've been outbid 20 minutes after the auction closed and showed I was the highest bidder. This has happened multiple times but is likely only an issue with the app updating. Other than that, great app to get great deals!

You can get items at a serious discount, however, so far most of the items I have purchased have been worthless. A rug scrubber that doesn't pump out any water, a stick vacuum without a charger or any attatchments, another vacuum that burnt up as soon as I plugged it in and so much more. If you use the app be careful. Get the insurance or you will be stuck with a pile of expensive junk.

App works okay, people biddind are idiots. I've bid on a number of things here and there, but on high priced items (anything over $100) the bids get too high. Remember, these are being sold because they are either dumped by sellers who don't want to pay Amazon storage fees, they're defective, or they touched human bodies and can't be sold as new (for health reasons). All they electronics I've won had something wrong with them. Some are discontinued, and no longer sold. Paying $90 for a $100?

Not sure if this app is a scam or not. Several items bid on, after every auction I get a notification that I've been outbid after the auction has closed and they always sell for $1 more than my bid. Once or twice I could see being a fluke, but this is every item I've bid on.

Beware... I have bought a lot of stuff from here and most of the time if your lucky you'll get what the dicription says..But most of the items are broke or missing pieces... I was told from the Lady on the phone to inspect the items before I leave cause they usually don't except returns, We'll I gave the app another try and check the items before checking out and the manager there still wouldn't do anything about the missing and broke pieces even tho item said it was inspected and worked..

Was amazing for months. And then every thing I've gotten from here the past 2 weeks has been completely junk and busted up or missing stuff to the point of being purely unusable, without any indication of damages on the app before bidding. Completely disappointed and feel robbed of my money.

Terrible App, needs better developers. The app recently got an overhaul but freezes when interacting with menus. Just use the website version as its more stable. As far as macbids go, you can get quite the steal on certain items but beware they take a lot more out of the bid for fees such as lot and premium item fees. A 300 bid I won ended up being 400 dollars. Still a steal because the product was valued at 800 dollars but quite appalling.

The new update is unusable. I can't scroll through an auction without it locking up. This version was definitely not ready for prime time. I can't even really evaluate this new version because it freezes and locks up literally every time.

Loosing auctions regularly towards closing time, app locks up and I can't bid. The website doesn't seem much better so maybe they have an infrastructure problem. Not really worth bidding on something if you can't follow it through though and you loose out at the end.

The old app was way better. Can no longer see what the item is from the main page without opening the item. Also when scrolling through, the page wants to freeze for a split second.

Update is terrible and freezes. There isn't even item discriptions unless you click on the item. The past two major updates have been terrible. As for Mac Bid I have been using them for years, but now there is so many people using it there isn't nearly as many steals or major discounts.

This new update is terrible! Can't see the lot numbers, screen freezes while scrolling the items. If you click on an item to see the description, you can't go back to where you left off. It goes back to the beginning.

App slows to a crawl at auction time on a phone. Alerts to being outbid are hours behind. I get notices at 9:30pm about auctions that ended at 6:30pm. Searches are very limited. Tough to find items previously purchased as you can't search your past invoices. You can't filter bids to just see winning bids. A bunch of improvements could be helpful.

Buyer beware, Absolutely do not bid on anything until you inspect it before the auction. Everything I bought is missing parts or not operating. They are happy to let you look at items before hand. Take advantage of that or save the headache and pay retail.

Update definitely made app more stable by more difficult to navigate... I'm not a fan. I've missed out of quite a bit this week... I'd also like to see better notification setting when bids are ending and you get out bid

App is ok other than you can't go back once you click on item, start at top again. So many fees added on! I bought $60 worth of stuff but had $45 in added fees! A damn buyers fee, lot fee, then added taxes on those fees. Items I got were fine. They say returns, scratch n dents for a reason. Although I did get a chair, it was pictured in a box, when brought out to me it was in pieces, and missing items. Open box is 1 thing, but no box w lots of missing pieces is another. Buyers beware.

App is slow to load and if you leave for a second you start at the beginning of the list. No way to scroll down quickly. I have never seen the bottom of a list.

Keeps locking up and I've lost several bids when it comes down to the wire....so I decided to try their online site and there are no issues... so my recommendation is ditch the app....

Change it back! The app is useless to me now. No item description, and if I click to look at something, it freezes. I literally can no longer participate. Please fix it!

App randomly closes a lot. Also, if you're searching for a specific item to bid on, such as "crib" for example, it will bring up items from the "Past" catagory even after you've selected "Upcoming". So mainly the only way to find items of interest is to scroll through ALL of the auctions. All in all, its frustrating and time consuming, and hard to navigate as there are still many bugs to work out of this.

it was good at first. just really look at items. I've bought several things listed as open box and they were clearly USED items. and would have never paid what I did for used. also bought stuff that was listed open box and was completely broke,however I did get store credit but prices in store are only about 20 to 30 percent off retail. so I've moved on. but wanted to leave a review of my experience. also there is 4 other people that I know that this exact things happened to them.

App crashes regularly - typically during refresh. As for the auction, beware of listings. Open box item descriptions are not always accurate. Have bought multiple things that are technically correct, for example a paper shredder, but the model was completely wrong to the tune of about $50 difference... and not in my favor. Also bought Pokemon cards, they had been rifled through (at the auction warehouse?). All the good cards were gone. They fall back on their open box disclaimer. So beware!

If you had the old version of the app installed on your phone. Try uninstalling the new version and reinstalling that should fix the freezing issues.
