This is very useful, with all the information on my policies at one place. I found the App by chance and was not even aware of it even though it has been around for nearly two years. Please advise your customers to use the App. An update: I gave a 5 star rating. Now I note that my policy details have not been updated even ten days after renewal.
Useless App. Everytime when I try to login it is showing the policy does not exist. Even I raised it to the Support and team they are not aware of the root cause. Frustrated with the customer support aswell.. Raised almost 5 requests still it doesn't work. Even I went directly to the Royal Sundaram office at Chennai and they were not able to help.
App is not user friendly. I have to add my policy number every year. Another big error is to enter the date of birth, you have to keep tapping on calendar month by month. So your date of birth is 1975 then you have to keep tapping 540 times to go to year 1975. There should be an option to select year directly.
Horrible app. Im trying to register for login, its not sending OTP. I dont prefer to give even 1 star also. I made a mistake of going to this lousy insurance company. We cant renew online nor on their app. Today is last day for making insurance premium amount & there is no option for me. Terrible experience. Im planning to complain to IRDA. Pl for heaven's sake dont buy insurance from this company. This app does not have spell chk also when writing msg, i noticed.
What a waste application. I have done the Policy Renewal thorugh it. still the payment have not been done and I am not able to get my Renewal Policy quote. Actually It doesn't deseve 1 rating also. Stop frauding people. No proof can be downloaded after doing the payment. This is the worstest app I have came accross ever. Even It is worse than the chinse app Tik tok
Not fetching the insurance details from the hard copy to app. If I have to open my email everytime for getting insurance details, then whts the use of this app.
Worst app, no updates available at all here....even after renewal done, no renewal docs or updated sum insured and other details are available in this app then what's the use of this app..?? Completely useless app..
Unable to see my renewed policy in the app. Even when you try to call the support through the app call will disconnected ..I purchased my four year back and since then receiving such poor customer service. Please don't buy Royal sundram policy these people are scam .
Worst experience. Didn't received renewal confirmation even after 18 days of payment. Worst customer care ever seen. First you have to wait for at least 10 minutes before executive picks up the phone. After that they don't have any resolution. They just take your complaint which is never solved and they never retrieve back. Keep complaining again and again and always get new complaint no. not resolution. Thinking of porting to other insurer after 12 years of association.
I am not happy with your services i have to to much wait on your customer care after that call disconnect. Already three times send you mail not reply so far Very bad services. After long time i recieved recently pdf by e mail but i had to sent mail again and again. Keep doing your service fast automatcly peaople will give five star rating. And update your app that we able to download policy pdf copy by your Royal app like policy bazar app. Thanks
I installed app and tried to sign up and during the sign up it is asking again and again to get one time password . Worst experience I got and also Online renewal is not possible
Does not work and unable to register as user. When trying to generate OTP for registering as New user there is always an " internal server error". Same happens with your website.
Just paid the premium of my health insurance using this application. So all seems like smooth as butter, follow steps and carry on with all operations you need. Sometimes another user might face difficulty which seems okay because nothing is 💯% perfect.
Application does not work properly. This is showing update option even after installed latest version. After renew.. the policy doesnot showing on the application.
The way you guys dealing with your customers by not responding is really good keep it up. I'm trying to contact on your service number from last two days and nobody was receiving call also and finally I came at conclusion to cancel the policy now.
I wanted to rate it 0star as it deserves this but unfortunately there is nothing like that.My feedback helps others making better decisions about choosing this insurance company to get any type of insurance that's why i am writing this.. This is baddest ever insurance company i ever know Don't get any type of insurance from this company.Its been more than an year of claiming for my stolen bike and still they are saying wait for some time.Getting any insurance is completely wastage of money here.
Hi, I recently downloaded this app and it's very useful to check all my details regarding my policy, even I received a call from your end and the person explained regarding the app features and benefits. I'm happy to be hold a policy with royal sundaram.
If after denying calling permission and access to my media.. App is not opening.. So why give an option of access and deny.. Simply mention that this app wil access everything on your mobile you like it or not..
Worst experience For a simple query I have sent mail and reminder even after 10 days no response only auto generated mail. Even while calling on helpline no after 10 minutes the response I got No customer executives have logged in. Not going to renew policy and also not going to recommend to anyone else.
Third Class For Motor Insurance. Continuously trying add vehicle insurance policy in app. But erroring please add valid policy. Total waste of time. There is option to raised claim, cashless garages in near me. Useless App.
Waste app. No user friendly. I tried to renew my policy many times through this app but all the times after selection of payment gateway nothing to show.Same problem persists at the next renewal time (on 27/03/2021).
This is really pathetic service .I have tried many times to call customer service number.it not working .so you easily understand how they have provide the service if any urgent so I think to renew policy but I have dropped due to worst services.when I looked every customers have same problem facing .so any body understand if I will pay little more money for health insurance but not pay for worst service.
Most faltu app. While doing registration always says regenerate otp. And do not allow to register. I am afraid if their service is like this only then my money will be wasted. I am not going to renew my policy.
Its absolutely pathetic, never buy any policy from royal Sundaram its customer care service is horrible, several times i tried to connect but after long wait/hold (approx 22 min) the call got disconnected and its repeative, I wanted a annual health check-up for me and my family and I do sent mail for the same but there is no response from their end it's completely worthless.

I am new to this app, but while raising a service request it was very convenient rather than calling the customer care number. The app is bundled with features like viewing policy details, raising claim, etc which appears to make it hassle free. Followup by Mr Rajesh to take a feedback on ease and usefulness of the app gives lot of confidence that Royal Sundaram is indeed serious about the app.
Very bad app don't use at all. When I am updating policy detail it is showing to please enter a valid policy details. Are request all of them not to use this app at all. This app is wasting the people time
It doesn't work properly, I tried to update address through it but shows your policy doesn't mapped every time. And I wanted to check claim status it shows no results found. I think this App. Isn't helpful to me.
