App with a lot of options and details. But takes time searching through the options. So much time, it feels better to leave the app and look at it later. Same with the help. Could be far better if they could be grouped functionally.

Something went wrong with bob World bob World closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error. Got it This is the error message received after the app crashed while filling the date of birth of the first passenger its self, while booking the flight. Kindly do the needful. Thank you.

Absolutely pathetic experience. The UPI feature does not work when you need it. I mean, like at all. Whenever you try to add payee the name and the UPI id would not reflect on the window and it won't let you transfer at all.. Fix the bug ASAP..!!!

Nice aap !! Very good interface and also many new features it have make life damn really easy. Felt 2 problems in this 1) First - during night app stop working and mostly no features work 2) second - In passbook while seeing the money transction , for every transaction there should be the way to see the balance during that transaction, like during 6-7 transction back if i want to see my balance that time I should be able to see that... Other than this app is great .

Very poor. It has been 2 months since I've applied for my debit card and I haven't received it yet. The branch in my city has no clue about where it is and their services are very slow. Very disappointed to open my account in this bank, wish could've opened in some other bank which could provide me better services and not excuses.

Not recommended. I am trying to log in and it says, "Your mobile banking is already active on another device. Please deregister and register again." I have never registered for mobile banking from a device other than I currently use. What's going on!!?? I see a lot of people facing similar issues. Please fix it, or close your service permanently. It doesn't make any sense to keep updating the app just to find bugs better than ever before.

In general this is a decent/useful app. However, it doesn't allow one to use it on more than one mobile device simultaneously. I know a lot owning more than one mobile device. There's a lengthy/clunky deregister and register procedure for activating it on another mobile device. Neither HDFC nor other banks I deal with do that. In addition, this behaviour is anchored on SIM mobile number verification during login, which is quite excessive (nanny-like) in my opinion. I need a bank not a nanny.

The App has improved a lot and my experience has been very good. The word 'Borrow' is a verb (top link) whereas the link provides borrowal accounts. Hence, it may be corrected to 'Loan' or 'Credit' words in the link above.

Very slow and haphazard. You get tired across net banking and this app. Takes 10 min to autofill otp. Then activation is again a problem. NO KEY received in SMS. Go back to netbanking and reset. Restart phone and log in. One mob no. registered for other family members, but you cant use the app. The very first verion 10 yrs ago of app was the only best one.

Suddenly, for no reason, app refuses to open, saying, "unable to process your request, please try after some time". With same reply after 'some' and 'a lot of' time. No settings of mobile have been changed. App is updated. Heavy app.

I am having the same issues as some of other users. I can't copy and paste the OTP code, nor does it allow me to manually enter the code. 8 am not sure how to even complete the setup if I can't enter the OTP. This issue seems to be present since a long time so it's surprising that it is no addressed yet. BOB needs to step up their game to be competitive with the private sector banks.

So many Times Error occurs. Every Time when I am loging in this app it's saying "Unable to process The Request.please Try Again." I will check all my permission and all settings all are ok. but I don't know what's happens! some times it's open too. but mostly this same msg showing on screen. And App not working properly. Very bad experience. 1. Every time application asking to register and getting push notifications like change in device register again while verify mobile number. But last 2 years I'm using same mobile and sim card only. Resolve this issue (if your team not accepted it as issues then give us clear steps for registration). 2. Issue 1 resolved but 2nd one started. What a service by BOB🤬. Now I want to try after some time. I don't know when that time will come. (FYI I updated the app🙏)

Same problem as many users already reported with this new bob world i am not able to do anything. As it detect new device ( which is not a case), i am getting message but bob world unable to read it, i checked the app permission settings and all are fine bit still same issue, can anybody help me, it stuck on verifying number and the error message say 'we did not receive the message....'

Earlier m-connect app was really good and had a very nice experience. But recently, updated version of that named "bob world" Is totally worst version. Everytime single time after update or install, it needs to choose my SIM card and after choosing its failure due to some error. Worst app ever totally disgraced. 👎👎👎👎

The most pathetic, irritating and highly useless App they have made. 3 out of 10 times the biometric accept your fingerprint and all the time it keeps loading loading and loading . Half of the time it shows service not available whenever you try to access your funds details. Statement doesn't get upload half of the time, you will keep on refreshing and refreshing but it won't update . Total useless App I don't understand why they have made an App if they can't even handle it

Seriously.,When i opened account, mobile application was working fine. Now I have problems that OTP does not pick by this application. There no option to add manually either. I have spent many $$$Nzd to get OTP text charges ... Now I think it's time to change bank or they need to work on this application. BTW i am facing this problem from NZ.

It's Saying 'No account found'. I stuck in emergency and this app not login. I read your reply,and I know once developer find the bug they resolve. But I thought you need to first check your app before sending this type of reply. In your app screenshots is not allowed so how customer share his/her issue with you. And there is lots of UI UX issue. If you pay for my time I will send Bug sheet with you.

The OTP issue is real and it is happening even without any third party applications on the phone. Also, I cannot take a screenshot of the failure as it is blocked for security reasons. Please dont just reply back with the standard response to everyone. Someone needs to look into this asap.

Messy app. after changing phone can't register again properly. even getting activation key but prompting for previous mpin and apin,which too shows invalid. user interface for registration should be easy rather harrassing. Can't take screenshot. Seems developer don't know that take screenshot is disabled . How ever error is phone sim change detected please continue with existing mpin and login pin. Which is showing invalid during entry.

Can you please update this app. As this is not currently working with Android 11 update. Edit: 02/04/2022, The app doesn't work 90% of the times, I use other banks as well and their apps are flawless and smooth but BOB is struggle. If not for PPF account, I would have just closed my bank account with them. They are as incompetent as a government Bank/Company can be. I wish I could give it negative rating, they do not even deserve 1 ⭐ Update 4/4 it is not one off error, app is offline mostly.

After using it near about one year now it doesn't work between 8pm to 10am. it shows 'Unble to process please try again' and which is actually problematic. I have already got the updated version still I am not able to make payments when it's really urgent. Please solve the issues. According your suggestion I tried to take screenshot but it is showing 'can't take screenshot due to security policy'
