The notifications are in Asian characters, and there is no way for me to change it. There is no customer support available through the app. The motion detector doesn't work; it won't record, thus no playback. When I requested a return, the seller reached out with half-hearted troubleshooting attempts without even addressing the issues. Don't waste your time.
First of all I have 2 of these and the first thing you need is a class 10 SDCARD even an 8gb is enough. This will always record and will alert you of motion, also if you download the windows version its even better. People on here have moaned about lag actually it depends on the phone/tablet your using huge differences from S9+ , HTC One m9, and a cheap Chinese tablet. Never had an issue accessing from work or when out and about does what it says on the box
terrible connection! i have an s9+ and it either takes a while to connect or does not connect at all. i think the camera itself is good. the app is the problem.
Listeb yall need to do better on this app. It doesnt do none of the stuff it says. No motion alerts. It doesnt record or do anything unless the screen is on and i push the button. Yall have a good camera here and could do alot better because this APP SUCKS.
It is not connecting at all..check it please..the cameras never connect.
needs more setting options such as led light off/on and other settings are missing
Can u sent me the QRcode to connect my cctv, because the sticker on the back cctv is not clearly some ink disappear, because I want to install another place and connect to Another new wifi
Propriety wifi camera app. Depends on manufacturers hardware and servers.
Indian timezone is not available in this app.. causing many problems and confusions

The cam works good over WiFi most of the time but seems to take a long time to connect over cellular to view on the phone and the sound drops out often. The sound was very good both ways until I updated the firmware on 12th September 2018 and now there is constant background noise. Reasonably happy so far that I ordered 2 more cams. Good cam for the price.
It does very little of what it sais: recording does not work, alarm motion does not work, you can just view the room when you log in, but not passed events (although there is a scroll for time)... not quite as good as I hoped! Moreover it's impossible to find a manual online or pdf for extra help.
You get what you pay for with this one. setup was simple, once I moved it away from other wifi devices close by. Video is fine for small areas *Note* that there is nearly a minute delay with the live video, by the time you tell the criminal to please go away, he/she would have left already. Very little control as its pretty much point and shoot, No control over motion sensitivity, volume(up,down or off), masking areas (for motion) or no switching off LED's (for completely hidden). It does however allow you to flip the video several different ways even mirror? I have not tried this though. No push notifications (email alerts)
I see people rating/bitching about the camera on the APPS rating. My rating for the apps is good. installing the camera itself was easier then what I've used to. My complaints is I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong for the Alerts. I get alerts but I want it to record to a link which I provide. Not sure if it's the camera or the apps. No customer service, no manual anywhere that are in english
if I could give less I would. Camera connected after diffs on first occasion. but now I want to re-install and it's no go.
Great app and camera system, no problems with it at all. I have 2 cameras linked up and works great.

Very bad sound, very bad image. Camera worked for only 1 month. Garbage, China. Do not buy from this provider.
The app for Android phone does not work.

The night vision is good for the price and the camera is good too but the motion detection alerts go of every few minutes hence the 4 star

Extremely suspicious number of permissions required. Camera has no local webserver. Can't change its IP address. Avoid.
How can I monitor the camera thru a browser with a laptop?

I would give it a no star this is a junk it won’t connect to a 5G wireless everyone I know try to connect it and no hope don’t get it is a big waste of time
Easy setup, camera works as I needed, like the 2 way audio. It screeches if you stand too close, need to be at least 10 feet away.ll love that I will be able to use this to monitor my dogs and keep them from barking. Considering ordering another because it was so cheap. The app itself does seem to have minor issues, but overall I'm happy!
