What's going on? I can't to pay duo this application, there's not variable symbol. The old app was better.
App doesn't work, I only see the loading icon and it never goes anywhere else
Now I understood why Vodafone was bragging about their My Vodafone mobile app. The T-Mobile one is a total mess.

Google Pay is currently not working as a payment method, can you please fix it? Tried Masterpass, but your service does not support our credit cards with it.. Hoping they are supported viable Google Pay so that we can top up. Please fix your Google Pay support, thanks.
Why it takes eternity to update informaton about traffic usage?
I've got new tarif and install for very first time today on Xiaomi phone, but not able to use because application has stopped when I try to login. Several times I tried but stopped every time.
Constant push notifications, "win Iphone now" kind of thing, which cannot be turned off. Another turd produced by Czechs
The older version is better but this is so nothing. And anytime I buy data, it automatically subscribe me to a weekly bundle. Not recommended

Now in English on all pages :) however I have just noticed if your card has 3d security once your taken out of the app to read the security code it kicks you out of the app payment section, you then have to log in again which means your stuck in an endless loop and unable to pay.
11MB for such app is ridiculously a lot. Could not even install it on older device due to memory limits.
This is a ridiculous app it doesn't work it spends the majority of its time being offline or not available and you get constant messages telling you that there is an update and not available back online in 3 days time at a certain time of day and when it does comes back up it doesn't work! T Mobile are great at taking your money but not providing a simple app Service. It's a shame in the Czech Republic has limited choice of providers where is in the UK there are many more!!!

Doesn't fully work tried to pay my phone bill using this and it told me error on more than one occasion and then I tried to pay online and it told me to download the app

It's so stupid that you have to download an app to use some services. And in some cases the app redirects you to browser which tells you to download the app... Like, really? Oh, and I used to be able to continue with decreased speed after using up my data limit of my internet data package just by clicking a button on webpage, now it's supposed to work in the app but that throws me an access denied error... Seriously, why do you change something that works when you don't know how to do it right.
