I installed the app to see how much data I have left on my twist online. After few complains it really started to show it. I suppose there is another bug in tge version since September 1st. Its supposed to show some attractive portfolio and doesn't. It's clearly regression, as the previous version with summer offer was attractive.

The most horrible app experience. Laggy, full network , full wifi signal and it lags constantly. Constantly not working , completely or just parts of it. You wanted to make a payment , well to bad the payment component is momentarily out of order. Really horrible experience, also why T- mobile did you take out pay with Google pay? Either way if you need to use this app like me, good luck and my condolences.

Problem here is missing English, it is bad UX when here is no options to use old version with English support. They just switched old version off for clients, and introduced new one without it. But animations here are amazing, yeah. But should i like applications with nice animations, but without underatanding of what i did? I don't think so.

App is 50% translated and makes problem to understand it properly. If they make it fully translated it fould be 5/5 stars.

Do not like the app for three main reasons. First want to access some features which are available only on web pages - web pages keep posting me to download app when i already have it. Second app doesnt have all functionality which is on web pages so i cannot use them via problem #1. Third app have possibility to purchase additional data etc. BUT the price js higher / different from what is in web and choices are different also. So uninstalled as useless.

I was happy using the old app. It had English. It was visually nicer. My Czech is good enough to understand my balance at least when I use the new app. But so many foreigners live in Czech Republic or visit. And there Czech is not good at all. Why we can't use the old app till the new one gets English, why you are deactivating it? Now I will just take my dictionary and start to translate so I can learn the new app features. It might be a good thing.

I am urged to update this business app anytime I open it because it will soon expire, I tried it more than 10 times but it did not work and still not working. It only offered me to open the app and when I did it, it took me to the non-business app which I also have and that is all it could do. In short, this is the worst app on the market as it has other problems other than updating.

It has only one widget. This widget is even not possible to adjust, for example it doesnt show remaining minutes and sms. Every time I look at the widget I have to refresh it to see any information at all. It is impossible to find a way how to remove mobile number "connected service".

Compared to the old app it is way behind. No option for English. Also the only widget is a 4×3 space occupying behemoth. I liked the 1×1 that the old app has for displaying the remaining data, since calls and sms are unlimited. Please don't sunset the old app yet.

I find info updating in the app really slow (sometimes maybe nonexisting), info updates in the app inconsistent (e.g. information is on two places, one is updated, one is not.) My impression is that the intentions are good but there is a lot to improve.

Does not allow use of credit cards not issued in the EU. Useless app and T-Mobile shouldn't sell SIM cards using a credit card which they then refuse to use that same card to top up their SIM, making the purchased useless. Extremely disappointed, don't ever use T-Mobile for anything. Terrible customer service.

App has illogical view, none information about tariff ( I mean how much cost calls, sms, mms, etc.), widget now is much bigger and doesn't fit to the screen like before. Previous app was so much better. App background is very ugly.

Need to wait for 2-5 minutes for it to run. Mostly it won't run at all. For more then a week I'm trying to pay my bill but the app tells me that i have no bill and now I got a text from T-mobile that my payment is overdue. Its too bugy and useless.. I tried to reinstall and update the app but no luck. And I also used web link provided from the reply for this review from T-mobile but all I got was "Litujeme, ale nemate pravo videt aktualni dluznou castku"! Useless! I consider to cancel everything

Forced to switch from Business version. The old app provided a nice, dark themed 1×4 widget, this app has and ugly, huge, white widget which shows information I don't care about and doesn't show data limit, the only info I cared about.

Useful app... I would realy appreciate if you could add notifications for new bills... I recieve quite a lot of notifications for "awesome" deals, which annoys me, but notify me about new bill ? Nope... You need to know about deal, not about bill... -> edit, no martina, i mean notification from app, because i have only dsl internet from Tmobile -> no sms notification. Edit- dear Zuzka, this is not about sms messages, its about notifications from app, there are only "marketing" notifications...

Does not support 3D secure for card payments. UI in comparing with previous version is nicer but to get the same information or do some operation take twice more time and clickd.

1) Don't understand why if I chose "English" as the app language, WHY OH WHY, am I receiving messages/ notifications FROM THE APP in Czech? Ex: Co máme v apce nového? Koukněte na nové funkce, výhody i vychytávky naší apky - Vše najdete přehledně zde v sekci Novinky. 2) app takes too long to load 3) Also, within the app itself, not everything is in English such as info about rewards... which I also don't understand 🤔😳

Previous app had a dashboard to show data left and min left super easy now need to navigate around. Please add English soon also !!
