Terrible, got a service activated on its own and when trying to cancel it I get an error message everytime. Other time I cancelled smt else I got 2weeks approval and then got an error again.
* super slow * difficult to manage few phone numbers * overall experience is mess * I have tarif where I need to top up 2gb every month in app, but everytime it is a pain. Edited review, changed from 2 stars to one, pain.
My bank cards don't work on the app payment system so I have to go into a shop and wait in a queue to pay every month. I'd give it five stars if it helped me pay and avoid queues.
Does not allow card payments anymore. The option is available but broken for ~a year. Else then that the app is quite useless.
It is disgusting and useless application that Is properly workingonly like advertising place, if you for example wanna see offers it's ok, but if you wanna cancel bundle or do something useful for you this application will be downloading for eternity! Thanks for the best services guys! International company with overpriced tariffs and broken app! Even the smallest telecommunication company in Russia has better working application, than you! You are the best!
Vodafone has proved itself as a useless foreign service in India, and now I tried it in Czech republic and it proved itself same as useless as in India. Just to do a small internet recharge i have to download the app, i am providing all of the things it requires to authenticate me, and its p/w strategy (😂) is saying me no, even after getting my password verified from strongest password generator in the world. DON'T USE VODAFONE, SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL N/W PROVIDERS. THEY WILL HELP, when in need.
I can't even simply top up the balance in the app. It only lets me cope the credentials. At least add an option to generate a qr code for payment in order to make the process easier.
I cannot set a name in contact informativní because the app repeatedly asks for cookies settings. When I tap the Change (cookies settings) button then it changes its color and nothing happens.
Judging by this app alone, it is hard to believe Vodafone is a large company with sufficient resources to make a quality product. This app is extremely slow at any connection speed. It is clunky and illogical when trying to navigate or find a function to perform a specific task. It is often switching back to czech language in the most important sub menus when English is unavailable. A lot of content still unavailable in English. Not that I have a choice, but it is terrible.
I use this application for more than 1 year. First of all, it loads the pages really slow and this is a constant issue. This is how it works. Secondly, it sometimes stucks/freezes and becomes unreachable for some period (for 6 hours for example). You are unable to login during this time or you login but none of the pages get loaded. It is an obviously poor application.
One of the worst mobile network apps I've ever witnessed and I've seen quite a few. The new updates seem to only be added to increase the lags and bugs because, quite frankly, nothing improved since the last one. I am trying to access the Prepaid Bundles page and I'll I get is the endless loading sign and so I'm forced to be getting the data add-ons, since I can't choose a data package. Perhaps, this is where you see the worth in subscribing to a contract - at least you won't use the app so often
Absolutely horrible app. It's unbelievable that a corporation like Vodafone thinks that having Ann app like this is acceptable. It's unbelievably slow, unresponsive and a mess to navigate in.
I downladed the app because I lost my patience with dysfunctional management of my account and services via browser. However I found no improvement at all - for the tasks/services I needed to manage and the app was designed for, it gets stuck at loading screen (animated Vodafone logo). Thank you very much Vodafone for disabling the ability to manage my account and services through both the browser and the app. You just gave me one more reason to switch to another mobile network operator.
I've had this app on a Note 8 and on my current phone, an A70. For some reason it's incredibly slow and sometimes it doesn't load pages at all. It's nearly impossible to add a package, pay, etc because of this. The rare occasions it works, it does a good job.
Poor performance, each page loading time awful, freezes and unresponsive UI after some account switch in menu
Developers could have done a much better job when it comes to translating the options inside the app, many pages in the app fail to translate the pages, its a pain to switch to google translate and then come back into the app, difficult to find packs that we are looking for, better to uninstall or rather switch to another service provider who provides apps with pages in english.
Unable to login with correct credentials. Unable to reset password (was failing). Had to go the the store
I'm facing many problems in changing the language to English, it's not saving this process and evrytime I need to do that again.
Faster than earlier versions, but still slow sometimes. Confusing layout but getting better. 130MB, why so big?
1 Star: 1) The app is the slowest I've ever had to deal with. 2) Vodafone notifications sms are in Czech not in English even though I chose English. So I have no idea what they are saying to me. 3) Not everything on the app is in English. Whoever worked on the app did half the job they were supposed to when adding an extra language. 4) Even though I have Roaming on, and lots of credit within my account. I have no internet when abroad in countries next door like Slovakia/Hungary. etc.......
Bullsh*t. I came Vodafone shop 2 times. I called *77 more than 10 times, I tried bot chat 2 times, called the number 80077**94 2 times. It's 1 month without internet and TV at home. I used UPC internet in 6 years and it was very good not like the garbage I have now.
Not user friendly since it's easier for me to find what I'm looking for on the website, plus it's very slow and crushing often. Changes like topping up and purchasing internet packages take a long time to appear as well. The only reason I use it is because Vodafone has the cheapest prepaid packages in Czechia and I need a way to access my overview details. Have been seriously thinking of switching to a different provider.
The widget only updates when I open the app, making it completely useless for seeing how much data I have left. Furthermore, it takes up a 2x2 space, but only utilizes a bit over a half of it, resulting in lots of empty space on my home screen that could otherwise be used for two additional icons.
Very bad operator, and apication don't work
The app crashes often & it is unbelievably slow and not very user friendly. For further features in Care Center, app takes you OUT of the app, and you have log in separately to use other features which now shows up in Czech only... what's the point? The next time I open app, it asks me to login again (even though I turned on permanent login) & the app is once again not working until I manually close the app, then repeat ALL OVER AGAIN! Why make such a simple concept unbelievably difficult??????
Worst app ever, need to wait 5 minutes to load 1 page. Unfriendly interface, need to look over all tabs, to do a simple operation. Worst service, hold my 5000czk deposit for over a half a year. Unresponsive personal, when I decided to switch to prepaid tariff, 4 times was visiting their office. Double-spendings on packs, which you can't approve, because they record only 100 last spendings. Major of them just 0 price - its so important to store this calls on unlimited tariff. Facepalm, guys.
ExUPC account After the very recent migration of upc to vodafone I m trying to setup the Muj Vodafone mobile app to access both my mobile phone number and the home internet connection. There is no option as of now. I can only see the administration of my phone number. I would like to administer also the internet connection from the same app.
