UPDATE: Download the FIRST BANKCARD APP. That appears to be the new app and I was able to get to my mlife acct there. Always something with this app and now it is saying it's unsupported and to download the latest version but it just puts you in an infinite loop. First it was that you could log in with biometrics, then that disappeared. Then they started some weekly authentication process, now this. Get it together. At least put a notice on your website that this issue is going on.
The update on August 28th is messed up. Cant log on. When i open the app it says "not using current version" then you go to click update app but it brings you to the app store and says its already installed. Review update Sep 8th, thank you for getting the app to actually work now but i do not like the new lay out. Why change something that didnt need fixing.
App issues I was having were VPN related. However customer service is the worst! Ive left multiple msgs & have not had 1 response. Also have not earned 1 pt!!! Despite accruing AND paying off balances. Got this card for comps but I recieve absolutely nothing, well a credit(debt) line.
It doesn't work!!!! I couldn't log in because it wouldn't recognize my credentials suddenly which were stored for automatic fingerprint login. And when I tried email password reset that feature doesn't work either. No email with password reset!! Who are you people . what incompetence!
Since the last update, I get an error message that the app is unsupported. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Restarted phone, checked that phone has latest version of op sys. Still getting the error message... Update: Finally was able to log in before payment was due mid-September. But today app says network not trusted, try on another network or call customer service. Fortunately, I have ready access to other ISPs, all three yield the same result. Pretty sure the app has problems...again.
The new updated messed everything up. It keeps telling me to download the current version which I already have. This app really needs to be upgraded bad. You would think it would have a chart letting you know how many points you've earned at the moment.
App worked fine for 2 years. Now, I open the app, I get an error message that my version is unsupported. I go to the Play Store to download any updates; I'm notified my version is current and there are no updates to download. Useless.
Over the last 2 days, receiving an error that I don't have the most recent version of the app and to download the newest version.. I do have the newest version. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, but issue persists.
This app update.does not work. It has been working fine forever, then I am told the version I have is out of date and unsupported. OK, I upgrade and see the same issue Uninstall, restart the phone and reinstall, same thing pops up. Please fix.
UPDATE****I restarted my phone as I did have a software update yesterday. I logged in without any difficulty. The site looks nice, and is user-friendly! So I can't log in - a screen drops down saying my app in unsupported. And download newer version. When I look here, there IS NOT another version. What the heck!! How can I pay if I can't access it.......
I been using this app for a long time. Since about 5 days I can't logo in . I did everything I can think of . it still doesent work . I deleted and I installed it again like custumersupport told me to do. I don't know what to do... It keeps saying I m using an unsupported version and download the latest version. Can somebody fix this please . thank you
We all got this rewards card because we like traveling to Vegas right? So why are we unable to set travel alerts on the app or through the site. You have to call the 1-800 number and talk to a physical person. What is this? 2006? The only people I call are my mom and dad because they're too old to message through a smart phone. I don't need to even call Dominoes to get a pizza delivered nowadays, I can do it on their app. To make an appropriate outdated reference "Mlife app is so 2000 and late"
This app is horrible since the August update. I was able to see my account for a short time these last few weeks but now it stopped again. I just used the app a few hours ago and now it's telling me that there are no accounts to view! I can enter a password with my username but I can't see my account anymore. How have you messed up the app this much?!?
Unsupported App, but no new version . Like most who got the updated app, it's now giving an unsupported app message. Ikeep close tabs on my spending, and apps are a convenient way to do this. I called in, paid off my balance and have relegayed this card to the "Do not use" drawerin my safe. Looks like my citi card will be getting all the use now.
Get error when opening that the version is not supported. Uninstall and download latest version. Still get the same error. Time to fire the development staff and hire some programmers who are competent enough to code a simple version check.

Same as everyone else, the app is horrible. Tells me to update, I did it then it won't open and says go to app store and download latest version. App store says it's the right version and up to date. Ridiculous!!
Installed the latest version of the app and it will not let me log in. It says that I am using an unsupported version of the app and I need to download the latest version. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still no good.
After the update and entering the passcode and it didnt work, I hit the back button where I could put in my password. I went to profile settings and updated my passcode and it all works fine. Go update your passcode in settings. Also create an online account as well and have the luxury of the App and online browser access.
The Mobile App was good but, they supposedly did an update and it's been down for about a week now. It keeps saying that the App is out of date so, when you try to update it you keep getting the same thing over and over.
Update on 1/25/2022 broke the android login. Works great on IOS. Login info was verified.
App no longer works. Keeps saying unsupported version of the app, go download. I go to download the update / updated version and I already have the newest version. Any help would be great
Still won't open after several days! Says unsupported! Update: First Bankcard Mobile app is the exact same as MLife app we're all having issues with. Download that app, log in and its exactly the same as what we've been using. It even say Mlife when logged in. Hope this helps, my headache is finally over!
You need to download the First BankCard app as a replacement. I am with you all- no notification that this app would not be supported on Android frustrated me. You just need to download the First BankCard Mobile app (the bank that issues the card). It is exactly the same as this Mlife app, but works on Android.
I can use this app on my Ipad but not on my samsung phone. Same problem as everyone else here. I saw that Android users have to install the First Bank Mobile app now so will go off and try that. All else fails, will just use my Ipad to manage account. The app looked and worked great before all this craziness.
You have to install the First Bankcard app from the Play Store (and uninstall this MLife app). Horrible customer service and tech support. This should have been made clear---in capital letters---rather than just providing a useless "updated" Android app. I'll be looking for another Mastercarda
Latest update lets me log in with a PIN, but tells me I can't use my password or fingerprint because "another user on your phone" already has access those two ways. Um...that would be ME! 😠 Seems like you fixed one problem only to make a lot more!
Unsupported app, no new version. I got an email saying my payment is due. I scheduled a payment as I always do so I have no idea why I got this email. I try to log into the app and it says I'm using an unsupported version and need to update. There is no update. I have the current version. I have no way to get into my account to ensure it is paid.....then I read other reviews and this has been going on for days???!!
