It takes somewhere between 100 and 200 keypresses to buy a ten ride reload. Also, ten rides is the only pay-as-you-go option. This often doesn't even last ten rides because the electronic transfer system usually doesn't work, which means one ride usually turns into two. Please update to a more modern system as soon as you possibly can, because this one is bad. Maybe Presto?
easy to use! fast way to check on buses and get updates if anything is detoured or changed.
Last update broke the app and made it unuseable. None of the button options work anymore.

Pls why is this app so bad. I cant even access anything cuz server is down. Just invest in a better app it wont take millions of dollars to make one.

Edit: please allow the option to download the PDFs in the app so I don't have to go to the website on my phone to get them. Indeed extra step. It's not that good, there is so many means to make this app better. In Vancouver you can get TransLink, it will show you on the map in real-time where buses are as they move, if they're late, and will tell you when to get off the bus. It is really frustrating to show up to the bus-stop and you're not late, but the bus already left, or in the winter you're freezing and would like to know where the bus is in that second to see if you have the time to run in for a coffee. The app need a professional. Hire the people who made the TransLink app and their developers, they made the perfect app.
This app needs a lot of work. The following are the two main issues I have. 1) Scrolling barely functions the main page. 2) Why do I have to re-enter all my details everytime I use it to top up my m-card? A card reload shouldn't take more than 3-4 taps (select reload, select m-card, select default payment options, confirm order). This app should make doing everything metrobus related super easy. Instead it's barely better than loading the website on your phone's browser.
The plan a trip doesn't work anymore. I put in a date for the future and it doesnt work.
It's ok, you can't change from depart at to arrive by which makes planning a bit difficult but it's OK.
A little sluggish when on Wi-Fi or if not too good signal on your cell tower. Usually restarting the app makes it work a better.
Very convenient. Love the my stop option.

Worked perfect until a few days ago when it started saying I wasn't connected to the internet when I was. I commute back and forth to school everyday and this is a handy tool please fix.
Having a problem getting into the app. It says I am not connected to the Internet when I am
Unusable so far. As of Feb 8th 2022 it is unsable in its current form. It just dies after the loading screen after booting it up. I'll change my rating once it is usable.
