i think this app is broken... tried opening after installing, kept telling me to update and there is no update here. then the screen freezes. im yet to even try the app and i get this... hahaha.
this app is seriously bad my money in the wallet and when i try to transfer to my bank the will debit my money and say not enough balance and the will debit and not credit my accounts the bad part is that no customer service at all the money i have is i had almost 70k there remaining 43k now the rest didnt enter my account and the debit is over 1 week yes it has been resolved but the money that was debited didn't enter my wallet back till now
This application kept on crashing an all attempts to open it. All permissions granted. Please get it fixed for me. Thank you
stressful and disturbing! l made a transfer over three hours ago and the amount is yet to be credited into the beneficiary account and my wallet has been debited. Please advice very urgently.
This is totally waste of data and time for downloaded this app.....whenever i try to sign up refused to accept my mobile line nor accept my email address also! Even it didn't deserve one start at all.
Tried to fund wallet.. Amount debited from my account be wallet refil not successful. Sent a mail as requested since on th 13th and no feedback. I'm sorry I don't use Facebook. Why don't your team reply emails?

Am sorry to reach you will this unfortunate incident regarding mnaira which uses paystack as end payment point for customers.. I downloaded thier mnaira app for sending and receiving payment and on 26/5/2019 I funded my mnaira app wallet with 94000 for services.. unfortunately they (mnaira app) claim the transactions perform went through but none especially transfer done on 27/5/2019 were all not paid to their recipient. Please help in ensuring that mnaira app which uses your platform "
