Good App but the e-ticketing redemption function is pointless and a waste of time. It serves no purpose - all it does is after we have topped up our transport card through mpaisa, we are required to go to a Vodafone outlet (not any 3rd party e-ticketing mpaisa agent) which is usually situated in a town or city, to redem the amount. It makes things more difficult which is the opposite to its primary function - practicality and efficiency. Please change this issue.

Great app that helps makes work more easier,saves time as can just pay your bills from home..It would be great if can add another feature on to this app all the transactions history.(i.e deposit made and all withdrawals,payments to other suppliers, and transfer transactions etc) very much appreciated.

Please include local debit and Visa Debit/Credit card options so that it is easier for us to transfer balances and make transactions. Secondly, kindly improve the e-transport card top-up. I mean, why is there a need for us to go and redeem it at the Vodafone store. It literally serves no purpose at all because we can just top up our e-transport card from a Vodafone outlet rather than using m-paisa. It takes us much of our time and is really disappointing. It's a great way to pay for services. The only problem I think is that this app lacks is a security feature that will require a code when we open the app. As of now, anyone with my unlocked phone can open the app and view my current balance and my transaction history. Hopefully the next update would bring a security feature. Would rate this app 5 star when this feature is available.

After opening the app post download, it just freezes on the opening screen. Have tried uninstalling and re-downloading, but it's still the same issue. Very frustrating as well as pathetic experience. 0/5 stars if you must.

App is awesome but only 4 things can be upgraded and that is to increase its agent for deposit and withdrawal, top-up of E-transport card, showing of new balance is very very late and transaction can include the debit and credit if this 4 is fixed then I will give it a 5 star other than that everything is absolutely fine.

Was working pretty well until last night when I wanted to pay my WAF bill. Can't log in anymore. Pop up says to check internet connection. Connection is fine and other apps accessing internet except M-PAISA. Can't even uninstall the app. It can only be disabled but it's still taking space on the phone memory. And there's an update but it can't be installed on the phone. It claims that there is something wrong with my internet connection which there isn't cause all the other apps are working fine

I like the app yet you cannot get any information about the fees for the services provided. This should be integrated into the menu with the next update. Also there needs to be more instructions with the top up of e-transport cards. No information is given thaf you have to redeem the credit to activate the m-paisa top up. Bus drivers need more training. Most drivers will not allow you to redeem from m-paisa.

If you could set up a payment platform for Netflix and Amazon Prime, that would be the world.. Not everyone has credit cards but I'm sure the majority can afford. It's just accessing. Please..!!

I love using M-PAISA. It's easy and manageable. My only concern is if they could have the app fully operational when overseas. Other than that very useful app.

*Inconvenient in terms of deposit. The only way is physically get your way to the Vodafone branch to deposit. Upgrade that part please. Id rather transfer from my IB than lining up. You guys should seriously fix the Business Payments section. Just show 3 business and More option should also be easily shown- not hiding in the far right corner. Users need to try and find the more option in order to look for other businesses.

Great service 👏 👍 But it would be perfect if it allowed us to transfer money to our respective bank Account instead of standing in the long line.Atleast think of Older people and pregnant ladies Will they be able to stand on the long line. And there's another problem I'm experiencing right now. I cannot install it when I was trying to update.

The app is awesome but I think its time that the app should be upgraded and an option should be provided to connect it to paypal so that people can easily do online buying as well as use it for local use 😀

Can't install latest updates. App needs to be linked to our own bank accounts for withdrawal & depositing money so it is easy and convinient for us users to avoid standing and waiting in long lines inside the bank. It's just common sense why is it that hard for you guys to figure that out?

Why on earth does an app designed to make transactions contact-less not have the ability to have money deposited into it via online banking? Lining up at a Vodafone store like sheep defeats the whole purpose. This is what you need to fix first please or we're happy to jump ship to other providers who can provide that service.

I think this app needs a better solution for its transactions history which makes it easy for tacking. should have a debit and credit column and balances after every transactions.

Love using the app it makes things easier but what I find really unnecessary is the topping up the transport cards using mpaisa and then you have to go to a Vodafone store or a shop to redeem it? Isn't it the same as taking your money and paying? Hope we can directly top it up soon.

Very good app. Saves the hassle to wait in long queue. Just a suggestion if the developer can introduce to top up m-paisa using our credit cards. This will be very efficient an d convenient to all customers.. Hope to see the anticipated changes.. Thanks

I like the app but I think it's high time when the service providers should think of giving the option of connecting it to the PayPal account. Thank you and I hope this option will soon be introduced to this app.

Love this app!! Very easy and fast to use. Just when my Data finish I just buy recharge from my mpaisa and top up my card, with paying bills and sending money.. Just wonderful

After installing the app i was so excited to use it but to be honest the app has poor functionality . I already deposited $60 on my mpaisa account, this was the first deposit on my mpaisa account But having challenges on paying fines to Lta through mpaisa.I already register my number with mpaisa so due to the poor functionality i decided to reinstall the app but to my surprise i was told to register and whenever i tried to register a message pop up says user already register. Tried updating app as it had stopped working but would fail on install after successfully downloading update on Play Store. App was working fine prior so very disappointing. Will update review and rating hopefully after they've fixed this bug.

It's not giving the actual balance on the home screen. Why are there two sets of balances..#181* gives the actual status of your account rather than app itself...please fix the problem. Dosen't deserve a five star rating as yet.

Further app development should be considered. Linking banks for internal transactions to mpaisa wallet, topping up eTransport-cards through NFC, booking hotels, rental services etc. A great example would be somewhat like WeChat app.

App is good .... mainly good for making payments ... But I have something else in my mind the thing what iam trying to say is. can u people add the payment system for play store .. for eg making in game purchase just using our mpaisa.

App is good. But there should bemore options like transfering money to or from bank accouts directly. And more shops should have this service available. It will be very convinient during this covid situation..

Awesome way of sending and receiving money also payments on our bills are so easy and including shopping it's just unbelievable. I am definitely giving a five star for this.
