Does not allow you to access it through WiFi. Only mobile data that is linked to the account. That's so selfish.
A very poor app. It asks you to enter a PIN that you've not set already. Then, they say your account is blocked after three attempts. So poor.
Why do I have to pay to check my account balances? The app is not interactive, shouldn't ask me for password everytime I want to check balance, once I login that's enough!
It's very hectic... Not the best user friendly app at all, why do I need to go to the office to get my pin reset it's 2022 come onn. I don't see the way this app is helping in anyway
This app malfunctions many times than it functions properly,not reliable. When I need to transfer from MPESA to account, only one option is available.
Very frustrating register experience. Does the app even work? Won't tell you if you are registered or not. First thing you meet is an error. Don't even waste time downloading this.
Why is it that every time I have an issue with my account, perhaps an overdraft or no balance in my prime account, then I can't even login to my mpawa app? Why do I have to go to the branch each time to have this access restored while I could easily see the problem on my mobile device and sort it out remotely? Please look into that! Denying people access to their accounts is not serving any purpose at all, just jamming your call centers!
Very useless app. Whoever is developing it needs to quit programming and go and do gardening. As in just do something else since clearly this one has defeated you.
For PIN reset they are still Manual. You have to visit the branch phsically and fill a form. It took 3days calling the number given to get through. Still waiting for a pin! Absurd use of technology! Zero*
The issues troubling this app seems to have been resolved. It's seems to be working fine now after more than one year hiatus. As for how long it will continue working, well your guess...
I wish I could give it a negative star. It used to work so well but everything stopped with an update last year, since then it's impossible to log in.
Do you ever review the comments here? This app is becoming a nuisance and needs an upgrade. Everytime I update, I have to re-activate it. Make it simple and efficient.
The stopped working long time ago. New version should be developed. Again when withdrawing to mpesa option, it should add others coz it always give one option"self".
App not opening,i cant access my accounts,error all the time,error error error!!! I have a very active savings account with zero limit to borrow!!! Efficiency is zero!
This app used to work on my phone but nowadays when i try to login by inserting my contact the message i get 'we couldn't complete your request,try again later'
I updated to this version but now I can't register or do any other thing. Kindly fix the bugs. This is so inconveniencing.
This app is a waste of time from the word go first you get an error when you put in your number not showing if you're registering for the first time or not don't waste your time 😒
The App cant allow me register. Keeps saying to try again. Very frustrating...cant make transactions
After downloading this mpawa app and using my start key&pin...im being told that my account is blocked...very useless app in deed
It is difficult to log in to this app.It needs to be updated to enable quicker use.Sometimes am able to log in though most of the times I am unable to.
Stima sacco should just come clear and say the app is no longer an option to access the one's accounts.

I was unable to move past the 1st screen. I have entered my phone number multiple times but it won't register
Good until you lose your password. I called the customer service and submitted all the documents required for a reset. I got a request to reset my password. I reset the password and on trying to log in, it said my account was blocked! When I called the customer care they asked me to redo the reset procedure.. Ridiculous. Actually deleted the app after this, waste of time.
