Very user unfriendly. My children are covered under this plan but the verification email is sent to my email whenever there's a log in from any device. It's not possible for me to access my email when I'm working so how can anyone help send my children to see the doctor, without being able to log in when I'm working? Why must there be constant verification of the same account on the same phone every time its accessed? How does that help anyone?
This is a terrible, useless app. Crashes 99.9% of the time. Spent hours to make one claim, and have not successfully made my 2nd claim since beecause it just crashes every time.
Auto update to the latest version and now the app keeps crashing. After logging in I can only edit my basic details but can't click into any of the options (Submit Claims, View E-Card etc) nor open the chat for help. This is so ridiculous!
A lotos trouble with the call a doctor function. Video does not work. Does not connect. No option to upgrade app. Reinstalling didn't help.
A very bad and poor app. Might as well just take a screenshot of the ecard and use PDF for list of clinics. Really no point having this app. Keep telling me I got no internet connection while I'm able to submit this review.
App doesn't work well for android users. Information inaccessible as they are all cramped together. Need to improve user interface.
Slow and unresponsive. Keep clashing. If not for my co i won't use this app. Need multiple login before i can login. And needed another dependents account just for teleconsult but the ecard is in the same app. I don't get it.
App is getting crashed on Opening when I give all the permissions. Not able to login showing "seems you have network issue" . My all other apps are working fine.
This is app is useless. There is no option to update to the latest version. Yet I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app end up getting the same horseshit message to update it. I really dont who is the developer working on it as they are not doing their job properly and end user are experiencing a lot of difficulties which leads to frustration
The app is unbearable to use. Remember me doesn't work, upload a document crashes the app, uploading photo doesn't do anything. Worst is that the "ask may" chat feature is simply using pre-canned answer without reading the context provided by me. I have a case still unresolved for weeks just because the loop caused by the problems above.
Would have given 0 stars if possible. User interface not good, unable to use fingerprint verification or email OTP so i am unable to submit claims and view my current claims.
Rubbish Apps. If not for my company claim use, I wouldn't use. Always crash, login take forever with whatever ipad or android phone.
It simply doesn't work. Either login timeout or simply stuck at login screen. Default message is to talk to company HR and company/employer says talk to MHC.
Can't launch anymore after latest update, keep prompting to update even though it's already updated to latest version, reinstalling doesn't work either

My company ask me to download it & already register for me but download it open the apps Can't even log in to my account. Wasting my time to log in for 5 try, the apps will crash.
Recent update caused loop of update required, uninstall install again didn't work untill device restarted,then it worked. Okay.
App says update is available but on the Google play store there aren't any updates. The app isn't usable.

Poor update, causing inconvenience to me while trying to see the doctor. App does not maintain log in status, and logs users out after a null period. Now its forcing users to update and yet the update is not progressing. Customer service are not helping either. Just poor response.

Useless app, wanna send an email also cannot. Forgot my ID and password and try to send an email to them but failed, password reset was unsuccessful. Asked me to leave a message. What is the point of making "forgot your I'd or password" then? Hello developer what are you doing? Create app for fun?

The idea is there, the execution is super poor and cheap. It doesn't matter for the end user as long clientele believe it's a cheaper alternative for the service provided at the expense of the employees health.
Very buggy on the whole. Keeps having network error messages and I had to redownload the app after my teleconsultation in order to gain access to the medication page. Not sure what the point of having a delivery time for medication was for as well? Booked a 7pm delivery but it's 8pm now and there's no signs of my medicine. Definitely not an app you want to use when you're not feeling well.
