Very nice design and easy to use, if you want to use dynddns or static IP forward the rtsp port in your router and add a camera under rtsp. Example :- "rtsp://you.softonsolutions.in:554/0" without quotes, 0 for main stream and 1 for substream.

I have port forwarded my Ip cams. I am able to see them using other apps. This app in turn is only capable of seeing my cams on the local network even after port forwarding and using the Dyndns address.
