Have had nothing but great experiences with this app! When I changed phones and the app didn't behave the same, I emailed the developers and not even 10 mins later had a respose. Many thanks for offering such a great product with such great support!

Do not do business with this company! They took over $500 dollars to close my account and are still charging me a monthly fee even though I don't use their services anymore!

Doesn't work on all smart phone. I have the galaxy s. Those people don't know what they are doing took them over an hour just to replace my card reader. If I wasn't under contract I would have cancelled them. They charge monthly fee and the charge for each swipe and 3 percent on top of that.

The reader never works n if somebody pays more than $200.00 they hold the funds, until u send an invoice for the transaction, they ask so many questions and even after they speak with the customer who payed for the transaction.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I switched to m terminal from square. BIG MISTAKE!! This has cost me money and they have the worst service seems like nobody knows what they're talking about. I signed a contract not knowing my contract was a 16 year contract and it would cost me $496 to cancel my account. Not only that but they lied about how much money I'd be paying per month. My recruiter didn't tell me any of this. Its mostly my fault by not reading but the guy was convincing.

It works great! So easy to use I didn't need instructions. Love the store and forward feature when I'm out of cell range.

I've had no issues with this app since switching from Square over a year ago. Other than having to occasionally restart the app, I've been very satisfied with its function. Having reader issues? Get another one and try again, readers go bad no matter whether it's M+ or other providers. In regard to fees, I'm paying 85% less in service charges and transaction fees as opposed to Square. Those numbers depend on your monthly sales #s & your CC processor; i.e. make more = pay less compared to 2.75 % per swipe.

Card reader does not work with my Samsung galaxy s3. I have to key in the credit card information.

Do not sign up for this! I was bullied into signing up and then they hit you with fees that in no way make them comparable to Square. Stay away at all costs

I use it to sell knick knacks and figurines at trade shows and flea markets. The new feature to allow offline purchases is awesome.

Had a slimy sales guy named Cole get us to switch. Worse service ever, cancelled and went back with square

The sales reps are worst than used car salesmen. A 15 day trial leads into one of the worst contracts of all time. Cancel immediately!

Flawless, no headaches...you can know it will work everytime. And its quick and easy, no fumbling in front of a customer

Awesome easy and convenient! Galaxy S5, very cost effective since most swipers are flat rate restricted.
