The app is ok. could be more user friendly. it's horrible that there is no option to contact support. or if the app is down there is no way to know. just guess. The pin requirement. just why. let me choose if I want one... I don't... the thing that it only works with mobile not wifi. ok I get it why... but well think about it as future improvements. I rated 1 star because: there is no info if tye app is down or no way to contact support. The pin is required not optional. the rest if fine...
I don't like the recent payment method being changed. It's more difficult to purchase a ticket. Now I have to go throuhg banking. When earlier was just connect your card and that's it, no log-ins were needed.
Does not work with wifi and there's no error about it. The worst part is noone is trying to address the issue. But I still prefer this over Traffi as this has a live transport map. App needs improvements though
They changed the payment system, before you could add any kind of bank account and now you can only buy a ticket if you have a bank account in lithuania... It is a really strange changement, because people from abroad can not use this app...
as many time before after enter pin see the spinning wheel and can't get in to app. While other aplication and network works fine. Cleaning cache, reboot phone nothing helps.
I really like the app, but there are some things need to be clarified before using it. First thing is that you can use it with LT phone number, which is stupid if person just a toursit he will not buy LT sim card.. also you need to activate a ticket 10 sec before getting into the bus ;)
The service seems to be running through a mobile operator. I don't have a Lithuanian number, so I wasnt able to make it work. This is frustrating, as I couldn't top up my plastic card online either, since you can only pay using online banking of a Lithuanian bank. No credit cards or PayPal was accepted. I'm disappointed.
New payment system is terrible, you can't pay with card anymore and have to pay through internet bank. So I can't buy tickets anymore because I have to use another app to log into my bank and it's on the same phone so when I try to do it mticket restarts without buying tickets.
There is no way to switch language, all text presented in Lithuanian only. First page (agreement?) is unreadable because of tiny font size.
The SMS never comes once you accept the rules and get onto the pin code page, tried reinstall 3 times, but it still never came :) SIM card is lithuanian..
I wasn't able to make this work. When using mobile Internet (roaming) it told me that it doesn't have Internet connection. When I was on wi-fi, it asked me to turn off wi-fi... Edit: back in Vilnius and again cannot use this
Bus times aren't accurate. The fastest route option is absurd. It was working just fine up until last week, now it's unbearable.
Doesn't allow you tu use the app with wifi, only mobile data(and its not 100%that it will work even with mobile data) Had to pay a fine, no tickets are being sold on bus and I had mobile still didn't worked. Ridiculous rules, and this app is from government, they are making money like tik tak
Finally you can pay for tickets without having to add any cards and you can pay easily with your e-bank by using smart-id, and it also synchronizes with Trafi app, just what I needed, perfect!❤️
Could be nice if app would work all the time without any interuptions. Sometimes it does not work and you can't buy a ticket.
Sometimes doesn't work as necessary: asks to turn off WiFi, which is turned off. Works through mobile data only, but sometimes doesn't... Untrustful
Keeps asking to turn off wi-fi even thou its turned off. Tickets that I both are not shown. And no, Im not using VPN and it did work before
Terrible app, it doesn't work! English version is automatically jumps to Lithuanian language. Impossible to buy ticket if you are foreigner.
Useless. Asking to turn off your wifi, when it is not even on. Doesn't work on mobile data.
Every entered pin is incorrect. You can resend a pin, and that one will be incorrect too. Thanks, for nothing, I'll walk home.
Couldn't buy tickets for a long time because they removed the card option. Now that the card option is supposed to be back, it doesn't allow me to add a new card... Disappointed
Total can't find when and where bus goes, not according schedule. Needs a lot updates.
Genuinely awful. Forces you to use mobile net instead of WiFi, I can't get my authentication pin to come, that's some awful UX from get go.
Not working. I need to manually open smart id to enter a pin code. After entering a pin code and coming back to m.ticket it shows main screen and nothing's happening
Easy to use with Lithuanian sim, not working with foreign card, not working on a bit older phones (galaxy s4) so make it real, what you declare on your description!
Bad update: not allowing me to add a Visa card for payment. New Security code: please allow option to turn it off!
Only certain bank users can use it, you always overpay to banks, had some issues with phone and i've got fined, id rather use that plastic cars and pay Vilnius rather than banks
Very usefull. Easy to check times of buses and the ticket system is very easy to use.
Got on a bus. Tried to buy a ticket with this app and it showed that I couldn't buy it. The payment system was keep showing errors. The bus stoped and the public transport control gave me a fee for not having a ticket. Had to wait in their van for over an hour. All in all, I have wasted two hours, didn't get where I was supposed to and got to pay a fee for not having a ticket because the app's payment system is broken.
