Love M1 and the mobile app for years now. But I'd like to see M1 provide an option for me to view a more detailed breakdown of balances and transfers on all acounts with my mobile (android) app. Even if it means having to take a second step of accessing my full details, by having to create a new SEPERATE password, in order to access further details. This option is not there on the M1 app. Thanks!
It works most of the time. Sometimes it sits on the name screen and never over. Setimes it just won't open. But when it works, it's great. Love that they finally added mobile deposit.
The app is back up on my phone. Im so glad they added mobile deposit when they did. Convenient, fast.
Works great.... When it actually works. Routinely won't respond and now won't work at all. For three weeks it just goes to an all white screen n then kicks me out, I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Use the website instead but on mobile you can zoom in and it's difficult to navigate. Very frustrating to not be able to easily transfer money or check my balance
The fingerprint addition is really nice! It functions well as an app and does what it needs to. I would say that adding a way to see how many virtual transfers you have left each month would be nice, and also adding a way to set a budget would be awesome. Just some thoughts for your future updates. :)
This is one of the easiest apps to navigate. Thank you for making it a good experience.

Great banking app. I love the easy navigation, quick transfers and promt balance for all accounts. only thing that would improve this app. would be the viewing of your sent out checks cashed. the option is there. does not work though.
For months now since one of the updates I have been un able to use the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I try every update. When I try to open the app a white screen comes up and nothing happens or loads until I get a error to close the app. I have a ASUS zenphone 3 phone through cricket mobil. Would really like to use app
This ap works great i have been a member and used this app for several years. The only thing it is missing is the ability to do a mobile check deposit. Perhaps that is a M1 thing. Either way in year 2020 and in the wake of Covid 19, it seems like a big hole in the mobile banking experience. I would keep more money in the account if I could deposit it without driving 30 miles one way
App stopped working because it detected an auto tap app. Which it's recognizing Samsung Pass wich is an auto full password and user name by the use of your secured fingerprint. So because my phone is more secure than the app, I can't use the already low quality app.
Overall a good app but I don't like that the available ballance isn't the ballance of my cash. I have to do the math to subtract the overdraft protection ballance first to know how much money I really have. Unfortunately, the app will periodically lock me out. I asked the help person and they said it even does it to them. Very frustrating.
Does not allow me to connect with a VPN (PIA), but it will allow it if I turn the VPN off. That's a show-stopper. There's no way I'm entering my banking credentials on an open connection
User friendly. Only thing I would recommend is being able to do mobile check deposits. All my other banking apps I am able to do that but not this one. It would be more convenient due to not living close to any M1 branch or an atm to deposit checks into.
I love my credit union. I've been with them for 5 years now. I'm really excited they added mobile check cashing this year. It makes things so much easier than before, especially since I moved 45 minutes away from the nearest branch! Thank you M1!

App works but little outdated. Would be nice to have more features and functions. But overall pretty good for a local credit union app.
Accurate when it works! Constantly saying there is an error. Almost daily!! Very frustrating!
Makes banking and bill paying easy!! 07/01/2021 Latest version crashing on Android during startup. One month later, still crashing!
good for what it is besides I don't get my push notifications when purchases are made on my accounts which I do have turned on. other than that it does the job for the basic needs with your accounts.
The app makes it easy to transfer money into another account without going to the bank. It's set up is easy to read.
Works well. There has been times where it wouldn't work and ended up locking me out, but that has been rare.
Easy to use
Account does not update usable true balance, and can be confusing when trying to figure actual balance.
App is not working after their update on 3/15/22. When tried to open, there's a message that says it violates security rules. It is completely unusable. Cannot use the check deposit feature anymore. I have a Samsung Note 10+. I was contacted by the developer, but they couldn't do anything to fix it. Very disappointing.
