Indicated (Free)Data Balance amount seems to be lacking behind actual value. I still had 44MB as i went home (WiFi) at ard mid night with a main balance of SGD 17+. The next morning at ard 9 I received a text message informing about my depleted main balance which was at SGD 0.01. Data balance was at 0.00MB. I hadn't left my WiFi area. It seems that my data was fully used up and charged per MB before I went into my WiFi zone. This is the 2nd time it happens. Very disappointing!
It happened some times that after topping up my data pack, the app couldn't reflect the usage of the data. It just showed 0% usage. And around 1 week after topping up, I would receive message saying that my data is running low, which I found wierd cause normally I can use for 3-4 weeks.
You've an algorithm problem, ur app contain a on/off data tab that over writes the on/off data tab of people's smartphone and even sim card, & you didn't make it very obvious, sipping away my deposit slowly, it does so even when I remove my sim card, which means it's really erroneous to the core, so people, remember to switch off that tab in the app, I am giving you 3 stars for your affordable promotions, -2 stars for the sinnistic algorithm.
The screen is blank since early this month. I've chat with M1 on the chat. She said she has highlighted my queries to the person in charge. It's taking too long to fix it. I wrote the above on 25/5/20. Update on June 3: you guys are taking too long to fix the app error! It seems that you don't bother to fix it! I saw other review facing the same issue. Yet you didn't even bother to address the issue. I'm uninstall this app.
Cannot access app (ver???) after latest updating. It's a BLANK SCREEN. What's the point. Been uninstalling and reinstalling this useless app. Still blank screen. M1 is not addressing this issue, look at all the user remarks given.
Error message unable to connect to server. Previously was able to use the app. Ever since August they updated their app and claims my phone is no longer compatible. Guess will use another provider that supports older phones.
Not working at all. I havn't received any support from M1. Already shared the screenshot of error. Error is: not able to connect server. It's really frustrating --------------- Yes, I already talked to them on chat. They suggested me to use your web portal for accessing my account details. So M1 Prepaid App is useless for me.
Blank screen issue: It can be resolved by clearing the data and cash from settings - applications. If you only reinstall it does not necessarily fix the issue. Edit: Blank* not Black
M1 Prepaid app did not show my used data and keep showing 0% of usage. It is weird that I still can use the data after expired but the results was my 23dollars balance had been deducted. Please fixed the data balance as its bring difficulties to the M1 users.
Lousy. App emptied my wallet to $0 n now can't load. Only white screen. Terrible once privatized!! Update......They ask.me to use chat bot in app. Instead it ask me to call hotline. Called hotline recently . Put on hold for more than an hour and still couldn't speak to anyone. Gave up. They just appear to want to be helpful but action shows otherwise. More evidence of lousy service.
It keeps crashing after the recent update to it's 'looks'. I have tried un-stalling, re-installing numerous times. I am using a Samsung phone.
The app turn totally white screen and nothing can check. Deleted and install it back again and guess what, still the same white screen only. M1 pls checknon your back end. This is not the first feedback already.
Supposed to have option to extend validity but cannot find. Different from the pic there. It is still the same after reinstall. Vers 2.00 OK after Jan 6 update today. Found the ext validity. Looking for more choices. Eg longer validity period N data which can last longer.
Unusable. It keeps crashing when tapping the next button on the language selection screen. I reinstalled it twice and same problem.
Agree! Definitely need to step up & address the glitches issue to survive in this competitive market in the long run.. Please do something about the App, causes too much inconvenience!
Like others commented, this app no longer works. It doesn't even open at all now. [Add] Have uninstall and reinstall. Also, tried rebooting already. Given the number of similar comments, you guys should really ask the developer to look into this. No use getting marketing people to respond to us which really can only suggest reinstall, reboot etc.

This app doesn't even open. I have tried uninstalling and re installing many times. Still blank screen. So frustrating - piece of rubbish....
Wasted my money for data, yet can't access the app, just gives me blank screen. Deleted and redownloaded yet still is unavailable to see. Really dissapointed with this kind of service. Don't waste your time, dont download this app.
Hi the percentage circular indicator doesn't show balance or usage. Tried your M1 store in Northpoint, they had no clue what issue is. Any ideas ? Hi Sam tried the above didn't work. Hope you can find a solution
I got this error message when i installed and launch this app - 'An error occurred when connecting to the server. ' I rebooted my mobile phone and relaunched this app - same error message.
There has been a mobile data connection issues, the phone has cut off when using mobile data. Hopefully you can help resolve the issue which I believe it happen to prepaid user only.
Hi Sam, did as advised. Still the same. Blank white screen. Xiaomi Mi Max 2. No error message prompted. Yup I did all that before submitting my first review. The app is working now I just checked. That's all Sam thank you. Have a good day.
I am considering giving up M1. I jus topped up $11 with my credit card for prepaid card line n seeing my main balance still at $2.71, I topped up again another $11...both transactions done tonight 5 minutes ago.HOW IS UT THAT THE $22 IS NOT REFLECTED IN MY MAIN BALANCE. Where did the money go? Please help me
Small and fine orange text on white background in this app is a test for your eyesight. UI/UX design failure. Generally a Top Up app for your M1 prepaid card which shows your remaining balance. It would be even better if it could show the actual usage as well. Apart from their own services banner ad, there are no blatant annoying ads. "Top Up now" and "get more data" buttons on the home screen are page filler and should be removed since the bottom dock buttons do the same thing.
