I find no pleasure to write to this team that regarding the services been provided so far. The time to time recommendation and interest was sent and the option of declining the interest makes no sense at all and of course blocking it. I am not okay with it, I don't wishes to continue with it because the kind of structure you made arround is superficial and meaningless. I don't see or wish for any family to connect through this app. The regret of using this app will stay with me for some time.

Doesn't seem a reliable app. Perhaps they are manipulating users profiles from backend. Whatever users do in frontend of application doesn't really happen at the back end. Those who are unmarried and are unfortunately late to begin their search for partners, should in particular not waste further time here. May be the good old way of approaching people personally is best.

Very bad customer support. Even though they are claiming 24x7 support, they never take the phone. As well they are not responding even in chat window also. Very much disappointed.

Very bad. Registed mob is not verified. No OTP received . Cannot view anything and search for contact.

The worst matrimonial app. Getting lot of irrelevant matches and suppose i found some profile interesting, i cant sent them interest req because of the preferred filter

So far M4M has the best user interface compared to other apps. Consider including a zodiac sign option in search window.

This app is not easy to work with. The interface is not friendly. Its difficult to find the intrests received. I suggest to use the browser. It seems to be more easy. The only advantage with this app is you can view the candidates last login time without viewing their profile each time. I will not suggest using this app beacuse the contents seems to be very conjested. Hoping the team to make tye view of the app same as that of the browser.

Not recommended , if we call the customer service no one will answer. about the app, it not showing our preferred criteria .

Coustomer communication / telicalling updations stopped after payment done.... As other apps nd related do... Received money 🤣.. Ends everything...

The executive literally keeps calling and give false promises of providing special assisted service and genuine profiles. Once we done the payment they do nothing, nobody will be there for help or support. They are just looting public with false information/promises. Don't install this app, waste of time and money.

The app has a lot of bugs.sometimes the photos won't even load and shows a black screen.

Good. .But the quick search does not save the data. Can't you make it saved by default and edit if needed?

The user interface is not friendly. The company watermark on profile photos is too bright. The structure and representation of messages is confusing - when I'm looking at my profile, I don't want to view the number of messages in my inbox. I just want to view how many are new since my last visit. Moreover, the app should have a filter for 'Languages Spoken'.

The app is user friendly and has a good interface. The two stars is because of the re-subscription period of just 15 days. After which the contacts taken won't be available and there is no feature in the app to know if the contact was already viewed or not. I tried re-subscribing to the services after 18 days and the response I got from the customer executive was that as per policy they can't do anything after 15 days. I was really disappointed and I have mailed them to deactivate the account.

Very trustful app With lot many options Better than the bharat matrimony site. There are no duplicate profiles in this And prices are also very reasonable

Such a worst experience. They just need money. It's just based in money making company. It's been 2 years I have wasted so much money, still didn't get a groom beacuse this is all their game which they are playing . Those who pay money their profile will be on top for 1 week then it will go down. And as soon as it's time for subscription renewal they start calling otherwise they don't even call or ask.

The app is pretty good but there are a number of flaws: - no place to provide feedback. - can't cancel a request. - photos are verified by people who are trigger happy to reject photos. Looking through many photos, there is clearly a gender bias in the verification process.

Why it is not allowing creating a profile for my cousine, with my own phone number and mail????? What do you require- new phone n mail for even my own sister or brother?? this application or app has a problem - you can view contact details if you are paid member. we can view again and again with clicking on the icon there. but the moment you get expired from payment package, you can't even view the already views contacts - very bad. they are resetting everything. that is too bad.

App doesn't work properly got frozen with the login image 😑. Every time I have to reinstall the app or need to do clear data. Also after doing this all. login also doesn't work many times. The login spinner will spin for ever... now you may think internet was bad. The answer is no. It was 19mbps speed

Keeping it free forever is the biggest mistake. There is a lot of useless accounts. Make it paid and there will be only accounts of those who seriously wants to get married. There are many profiles available. UI could be better. Profile viewing experience is so bad. Small thumbnails. Prefer M4 for more profiles and Chavara for better and simple .UI

Pathetic. I registered for a free trial initially. Even though I filtered my preferences all sought of profiles would come. And if I check the details of prefered matches, nothing will be shown. No career details or family details etc... The sales staff would contact regularly asking to register. When we explained our issue they told that it'll be solved once we register for it. We can now view the family details but none of the candidates have updated the same. Registration process is of no use

App has lots of bugs. Firstly, every time i login it takes me to profile update page & makes me update my address. Why should i post my address online? without this it doesn't allows me to browse. Even if i give address, after going through the app for some time it suddenly stops letting me view profiles and shows a message that this action is not allowed since profile is not complete. compared to other matrimonial platforms, i have already given more details here but still it keeps asking more

Too slow to open even in a 6GB ram phone. Finding difficulty in viewing photos. Takes lot of time to appear and sometimes it doesn't even appear. Not so user friendly. Desktop app is far better.
