M50 Quick Pay

The idea behind this app is great. Easy and simple to use and sending you notifications everytime you need to pay a toll. However, something happened to the app and it stopped sending notifications so i end up paying late fines! Got so fed up with the app that i resorted to paying in the petrol station only to discover they are not recognised as ive already an account on the app. Ended up getting late penalty letters in the post. So now im back on the app with no notifications. New app needed.

Haven't received reminder when toll was due to be paid, I realised my self and looked in the app where penalties have been already applied but still no notification sent. The app is not trustworthy, use it only for payments but don't relay on it for notifications. Also notifications has stopped coming in and in the history tab I can see the last ones from months ago suddenly not coming in new ones. Didn't change settings, notifications are on. Relevant department ignored my complain

Was working fine with my Nokia 7 plus with Android 9.0 until they had a problem and it stopped. Now I get a mail saying that the problem is solved, but I need to update the app. But I cannot because now it only supports "Android 8.0 and below". EDIT after the answer: it was working fine on my Android 9 before the problems you fixed with the last update.

I used this app when on holiday in Ireland and checked it on many occasions to see if I had incurred a toll charge....now I have received an overdue bill but the app did not show any journeys were owing and yet my debit card was loaded. I'm pretty certain i paid in the booth both northbound and southbound by cash but still have been sent a bill!!! Dont trust this app.

Doesn't work, why bother developing an app that doesn't work! So I have an eflow account but the app wont recognise my username or password for the account and tells me my car is already registered, I know, I registered it with eflow! The app doesn't intergrate with my existing eflow account and won't let me registe with same email. Me thinks it all part of the corruption and rip off, superficially it looks good; but actually it doesn't work and doesn't help the customer avoid late payment cost.

Disgusting app. Installed app. Paid for a southbound journey against my registration. System kept that payment for a future journey through toll that may or may not of happened. I got a fine for non payment of the southbound journey , even though a receipt for payment was posted out for payment. Absolutely disgusting scam of a system. This is on par with those disgusting foreign scam calls.

I do have an account already via their Website, but it didn't recognise it. Tried to recover the password but never sent me the email and then they blocked my account for security reasons. So I logged to the website, paid the toll and received the receipt on the same email in under a minute.

Frustrating Bloody useless app. I travelled on M50 on a certain day. I was not sure whether I went through the toll or not. I installed the app, registered my details and checked for any tolls i need to pay. Till today the app says i do not have any toll to pay. Just now I received penalty notice. Now i have to pay double. It is the fault of the app which did not give me my journey's details. This app is just a hoax to trick people to pay double. Extortionate scheme.

Easy way to pay your (or anyone else's) M50 toll. Ar least that's what I had experienced until recently. I used it several times without problems but it doesn't work anymore: Connection Error - whether out and about or on wifi. Maybe it'll be fixed...

I'm an Android dev on holiday in Ireland. This app could be good, but it's actually awful. 1) I can't install it on my Google Pixel 2 with Android Pie, at least not from Google Play, sure enough it works if you manually install. The devs had no clue (don't set maxSdk!!!). 2) it doesn't tell me if I have tolls to pay, i have to know ?!? 3) no Google Pay, no PayPal support; only credit cards, and given the rookies mistakes in this app I'm not exactly confident entrusting it with my card.

It is one of the worst apps i ever used. Bad design, not friendly at all, navigation and use cases are nor thought at all. The alternative is the website that is OK.

It's a joke.Entered car registration number in the app, manually selected type of the car because not irish registration, double checked. On receipt received by email complete different registration. Try sing in the app no success, try reset password not working. Did again same payment as guest (take screen shots) same results wrong registration.

Just got standard toll request through for journey that I paid for on app. I have E-mail recept to state paid. App still showing 3 toll credits and no journeys owing. This was for journey on 28/07/18 that I paid for on app less than 6 hours after journey. App less than useless for me.

Unbelievably poor app. Nearly every journey on the m50 for me causes unpaid toll letters from this crowd. I never fail to pay at end of my journey,however my UK reg is not recognised on the North bound, mostly. A few months later the letter arrives ,which I can verify paid on time, through my bank.This weekend I made a northbound journey and now find they have changed the app and I cannot pay my toll. I have contacted e toll and they know I owe 3.10€ but cannot sort this out. What a shambles...

No use, even though I've got a reminder from e- flow (who obviously have my registration) this app doesn't recognize it and wants to me to pay for a new pass through. Must not be connected to the data base.

Absolutely useless! You can't sign in to your current account and can't even create a new account as email confirmation doesn't get sent out. It's the worst app I have used so far!

payed the m50 toll through this app but still got a letter in that I haven't paid my toll so a penalty was added to my trip. Checked the app and it says that I still have 1 credit left, so the payment of the toll didn't go through this app. Next time paying using the website that one is always working!

Installed this app & got no further than registration; said my car registration was incorrect, as in could only contain letters & numbers, which obviously it does, said my email address which I have been using for years with no issue, was invalid. Extremely dissatisfied, immediately deleted

Multiple problems encountered during use. Poorly designed app. 1. Cant login. 2.Does not send email to reset password. 3. cannot pay for toll even as a guest user. Tried multiple times.

This is so user unfriendly and hard to understand. Furthermore I think the government makes it here very easy for themself. You cannot really see what you need to pay until when. Not really usable - but restricted! Furthermore you cannot really contact eflow.ie - expect via twitter, but I do not have an account there.

App nó longer works, had 5 credits for journeys and received a bill for for a northbound and southbound journey, and now the app is no longer in use and the website is down, a bit of notice would have great but you don't even get that, very bad service

I did it difficult to believe that one cannot login with 2 or more identities on separate phones for one car! Surely we are not the only people sharing a car and yet we must share the login details on this outdated app.

It's ok if you use not so often the M50. I found strange that you can't use same credentials of e-flow site. Also there is no option for simply remove a vehicle from your account, there is only the option to replace it with another one.

Useless app. Only gives you reminders unless you log in and doesn't tell you if you owe anything. Don't bother downloading. No information synced to car or eflow account.

Paid twice, still i got 50 euros fine... That's what i call m 50🤣🤣🤣 Can't pay penalties in app.. Uneducated Irish can't do anything properly. App issues. Can't add more than 1 vehicle. Can't use email, as its already in use. Can't get reminder if you travel twice in 30 minutes. Can't get time of travel in app history, just date. This app is as useless as nation.

App is terrible... logs you out constantly meaning no alerts or notifications, next the you know there is a letter in the door with a penalty notice. What's the actual point of this as its of no help.

Security code passwords email addresses there's so much ott security on this app, you can't see what you've entered. I'm effectively locked out if it and at this stage I don't care.
