MA Lottery 2nd Chance

This is the worst app ever for scanning. I've had 3 different phones, all work fine for scanning store UPC codes and QR codes, but this app is horrible and takes forever so I just end of manually entering the numbers. The bar codes are cleaned off as they should be. The scanning portion of this app needs work. Its very frustrating!

At first I had trouble because of "invalid email", then I realized because I would start typing my email and the rest would automatically populate there was a space at the end I had to delete. Then there was no log in issue. Love that I can scan tickets and the opportunity for a 2nd chance.

Can't enter in any tickets. 1. Barcode scanner does not work. I can scan the qr code, but they are not accepted. 2. I tried manually entering numbers. Did not work. My ticket does not match the example, so I can't tell if I am entering the right numbers. 3. Whenever it doesn't like your entry, it erases most of it, so you must start from scratch. 4. Who wants to enter a 22 digit number manually? That's what the field requests. I can get one from the qr code, but it is not accepted.

At first I thought that scan a ticket feature made a mistake because the numbers didn't match. But later I tried putting numbers from my ticket on a computer and received message that this ticket was already entered. So it means it's all good.

Ma Lottery has one of the worst apps. Very difficult to navigate and to get the scan area to a cell phone is like having a tooth pulled. With all the money they are taking from the poor?, they can't do better than this? Ma Lottery is ruined, it was the country's best , now at the bottom of the list. What happened? it was great, when Joe Malone and other Ma Treasurers were running it. The last two treasurers stripped the lottery of winning tickets and changed Keno to a loosing game. It is not better!

Entered all my info and can not complete registration. Either my email or password are never valid. This is the same problem many people have with this app. No one at the lottery seems to care that their app works or not

Literally the most garbage app you could possibly ever imagine using, the second you create your account it deletes your account and then tells you to make a new one, at which point it Let's you know you already have an account and to reset the password, I enter the password I was previously using as my new password and I finally get to sign in again. Then I press a button and get signed out, my account gets deleted and the entire process begins again. Seriously impressive how trash this is

Haven't been able to open for months. Reason message Constant errors. Install then Uninstall. Nothing seems to work. Have android.

It's easy to navigate. I just wish it sent you a message if you won. Like maybe give you a inbox or notification bar.

I'm a first timer on this app and so far everyone is right when it comes to trying to login and it says invalid email address. They've also right about how this was a waste of time. This is just awful...

I have a valid Comcast email account but the app keeps telling me it's invalid. Works on my laptop.. very frustrating crappy app.

Its telling me email address is not valid, but my email address is valid. Can't even send them a message to tell them because it's refusing my email address as not being valid. Uninstalled.

Awesome APP, an love to gamble!!! Don't love losing on tickets,but love the thrill of not knowing if your gonna win BIG or not. They also should change the odds to more winners lol plus when u get a symbol it should definitely be a good winner ya know get X10 or X20 an has $1.00-$2.00 that really ticks me off lmfao

Logged in ok, but the app keeps telling me the tickets are not valid. I cannot enter the 2nd chance drawing from this app. I'll try on my pc...

Could not use the app as it will not accept my email address. Says it's invalid. Also tried a second address and it wouldn't accept that one either.

this app has gone down hill. scanner barely works. plus they have 16 games with second chance but you can only scan 5 out of 16 games. the lottory prides themselves on giving back how about fixing your app

I've tried 10 times to submit my ticket. What kind of game are you all playing. I've tried to scan it nothing and I tried to submit the bar good still nothing. So disappointed.

Would be great if ability to use hand held scanner was added. Using the phone's camera is difficult.

The app won't open it just stays stuck in loading and then it says error with the page and it closes not sure what's going on never had an issue until Monday now its broken

I have a gmail account I have used for 4 years and it will not allow me to make an account with it. Consistently asks me to enter a valid email. Good job MA as usual.

A total waste of time less you only buy high priced tickets. That is if you can log in, my Comcast email finally worked.

This is trash and useless. I can log my account in using my PC, and this app is saying email/password is wrong just like everyone else.😡

When first signing up for an account I used a yahoo email which it said it was an invalid email then I used a gmail which was accepted. Hopefully this helps those signing up with invalid email problems.

Signing in is terrible it never works, keeps telling you to enter a valid email address, for well over a year same issue.

Same issue as others => "Please enter a valid email address." Address works OK at the Mass Lottery website. Deleting this app.

This app is garbage. It doesn't work. It won't let me log in and just keeps saying, "email invalid". Don't waste your time with this.

Used to work now I can't get the app to open. Have a lot to scan and can't do it. Not fair 😕

Had a Google Pixel 3XL scanned fine. Now I upgraded to a Google Pixel 6 Pro and it now wont scan tickets. Dev's please recode for new smartphones.

Obviously put together by idiots. Does not recognize genuine email addresses. I tried 3. This app is trash.
