The worest app ever, it's not working always freeze and I have to talk to their customer service aton of time and each time they change my pin and I keep change my password, uninstall then install and so on ... it never get better, I lost hope after losing money on calls so I give up.
Awful design, horrible i mean some buttons are not even showing!! but call center is very active and responsive 24/7 tbh helped me when the app blocked me tried to change my password. Also the hassle of waiting up to 48 hours to get ur card linked. Good service but need more development and for god sake someone change the user interface!!!!
A good app but without a basic feature of sharing the transaction after doing a transfer or payment, it even disallows Mobile screenshot feature, this is very disappointing !!!
All Buttons are not working any more Edit: I uninstalled the app then installed it again and buttons work but now it says "invalid username or activation code or Bloked" but I am sure everything is correct! Also Bloked is spelled wrong, missing a "c"
Application is the worst. Not accurate calculations at all. Also, most transactions get pending for many days. Thw worst application ever for e-commerce.
The application is not working on my mobile data, and I have to have wifi connection if I want to open it, how can I have a wifi connection while infront of the ATM !
Lots of errors, every time I open it, it asks me to type in a new pin.

Looks really really bad, and has this icon on the top that it's running and you can't hide it or close it. Very poor developer
I changed my mobile phone and when trying to sign in from the new one it didnt automatically opened however it asked for a code should be received annd i didnt get it 4 days ago.. the app. should let me sign in automaticaly since my number is already registered
Very bad ... never open in spite of contacting customer services several times
The app is okay in terms of functionality and features, but it lacks some like paying online with the registered number. The screen shot feature is disabled which is weird thing. Also the design needs a revamp it looks old and doesn't meet with other Alex Bank apps.
