The search function can only search email within the parent folder, not the subfolders. In normal usage of MS Outlook, it supports the option of searching the parent, subfolders, or even extended to all folders. This makes Outlook a lot more powerful than your app. Please consider implementing such option. Thanks.
The rrason i don't like this app is it doesn't have selection filters, even haven't select all option so that you can delete unnecessary emails. Even trash doesn't have empty trash option or select all option. Selecting one by one is so irritating, I think these are enough reasons to hate this app. If you improved in next update i will surely update my review as well.
Really poor end user experience. Not sure h or this gets selected for corporate use but the UI is unintuitive and out dated, and the app is buggy overall. Can't update email on the app for scheduled corporate password change, fun to deal with every x months. Can't use a normal browser for links. Can't use fully featured email client for email.
Don't even get me started on just how bad this app is. No push notifications, which means I won't know there's new mail unless I check. And it doesn't sync at all with the mailbox I have on my desktop. And worst of all, it doesn't even update itself. Which means that I won't know if I have new mail until I open the app and actually do a refresh. Absolutely terrible. I've only been forced to install this because it's what my office uses.
Unless someone can tell me how, I rate this a 1 star because no where does it say how someone can delete multiple emails at a time. This app in no way provides ease in using and managing email. Unfortunately I have no choice but use because my work requires this app. For Pete's sake, make it better.
After latest Android update, black box appears in the message body when writing/replying to emails. Would not allow you to compse messages. Launch MaaS360, Select Settings, Select Email, Select General Settings, Under Other Email Settings Remove the checkmark from Rich Text Editor. Select back button (top left) and go back to Email. Fixed!! :-)
While the email fetch works fine, this app does not transmit notifications to a Samsung Galaxy Watch at all from my Galaxy S9 plus. All other app notifications other than Maas360 applications include this and calendar do not transmit meeting tasks and new email notifications to my Watch. This feature works in Apple devices but not in android.
After my password expired it won't let me change it. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it finds the old credentials and won't allow me to use my new ones. Also has issues attaching files to emails.
The app keeps shutting down.cannot respond to,or compose emails anymore this has started happening recently. send feedback several times what's the point of asking for feedback if no one is going to look into it? very frustrating.
App is still awful. Constant, persistent push notifications incorrectly report number of unread emails and duplicate meeting notices. Even when swiping to remove notifications, they immediately show right back up. If I swipe to remove it, I expect it to stay gone. FIX THIS!
Hi, In the recent time I just cannot type a message as the space where to type the text is pitch black, you literally can see nothing!! I have re-install the application, wipe cache and data, and also reset the entire phone, no help... Please assist as this a day to day tool to communicate within the members in organisation.. Please provide a feedback. OnePlus 5T Android 9
I'm also not able to change my password. When I click "Update Password" button nothing happens. This app used to be great but without being able to update my password it's completely worthless.
latest update seems to have broken the app. it is constantly restarting - cannot read my email or check my calendar. not good. my phone device manager has shut down the app in order to save battery life.
Black box appearing in msg body with latest version of android. I uninstalled chrome to base version and it fixed the issue (alternative fix is to remove rich txt option in mail options). Please address issue with Chrome 8 compatability so that I can upgrade it to latest version.
latest update keeps crashing the app. Unable to access email or calendar. Very annoying. Poorly tested. These things should not happen. Fix ASAP. edit: reinstallation solved the problem.
Following the recent update, the app has become unusable. The app constantly crashes, making it impossible to access email or calendar appointments.
Suddenly have a black bar in the typing space when trying to reply to emails on my Samsung galaxy s10+. worked for a week, and now this. I have even emailed you without a response. My company forces us to use this product. please fix.
complicated with lots of issues
New version of this App supports Rich Text Editing but all i gwt is a completely black box that sometimes has blojking artifacts non the screen. had to disable rich text editing to reapond to any email.
Terrible application. If you clear a notification of a new email it immediately notifies you again. Wastes battery, poor performance, just a really bad app that doesn't follow good coding practices.
terrible application. notifications of new email are spotty at best. very inconsistent behavior. my company requires us to use this and I've missed 10+ time sensitive emails because of this app.
the email compose screen flashes black and white. Thought it was the email signature, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled same issue. Cannot compose emails anymore on my corporate device.
Couldn't use it a few days after an update to Android 9 (Pie). Mail window turns black and text blinks. Worked perfectly fine before that.
Terrible interface. Expanding folders doesnt work half the time, reulting in having to start over if you have nested folders.
Searching for old emails is very problematic. UI for viewing downloaded files all the way from Docs is too painstaking process. App needs to be more user friendly.
it would be better if I can just have the email and calendar individual app icons on a home page not widgets. Too cumbersome.
Interestingly cannot change the default font which is pretty ugly. And the thing is, I can't even find any guide about this, neither guiding me how to change the font, or telling me I can't change it.....
Email doesn't auto sync on mobile. I keep updating password daily and corporate policy. It still doesn't get updated.
I'm also unable to change the password. I get a notification box that pops up telling me to update my password locally, but when I click "Continue" nothing happens. When I go to my settings to try to click the "Update Password" button - still nothing happens. Also, can't access my Skype calls that have links in my emails, which is problematic given my entire organization runs on Skype.
