MaaS360 Secure Viewer

This is a shadiest app I have ever downloaded. I try to open it and a generic icon pops up and that's it. It does not show up in the list of apps under the Maas360. What does it do? IBM customer service is circa 1985.

It needs internet connection, how are supposed to connect to internet on secure office network? Defeats the whole purpose!

Absolutely useless, doesn't work on most office files

I am not able to open .xlsb file format please resolve this

App is good..but 1 issue is there when we open any mail attachment in secure viewer.there is option in corner Email to send attachment to mail.but it gives multiple mail client option as ideally it should give only maas360 mail client to send mail

Works OK. Scrolling is a bit sensitive and it would be nice to have it show total number of pages in a PDF for example. Basic viewer, but it works and allows me access work docs in a secure in a manner.

Still not up to mark.. have to download various apps of mass360 to get going

Because you know security is a thing.

The app really uses a lot of the battery. And contacts are harder to link to your phone.

Before installing my battery life would br about a day and a half. After installing this I'm lucky if I make it 9 hours on a charge. Probably the worst piece of software I have ever installed on my phone. If it wasn't required for work emails there is no way I would ever use it. Stay away if possible!

My company also forced us to use it. On lollipop instead of normal 5 days on one battery it drains it down to one day.

Won't let me open on Marshmallow 6.0, even after a reinstall.

Can't open any documents on M

While it would always be nice to be able to just have my documents sitting on my phone, when security is an issue this works a charm.

Can not open any word or excel file after update. Earlier there was no problem in opening these files. Please rectify the problem at the earliest.

Can't view any word or excel docs opened from the maas mail ap. What is the point of using maas at all if you can't view attachments?

Suddenly gets stop saying app is not working. Needs an immediate improvement. Hope the owner of this app reads it

App is constantly closing and reopening.. it says no Internet connection. Which it has, but closes anyway, and tries to reopen. .. please fix
