Mabuhay Miles

Third world app for a third world country. It's just frustrating. Worst experience I have had in a long time. Basically, the app updated then it logged me out. I couldn't log in back. It does not accept my log info. Nor does it allow me to go through the forgot password because it says my email does not exist. But when I try to sign up with the same email it says account duplication. What the heck is going on?

It looks good but it only really allows you to view your miles, upgrade your profile, and view promos. That's it. I at least expected the capability to claim for miles that were not credited to me and a function to actually use those miles. Not a very useful app.

TOTALLY USELESS ABD WASTE OF SPACE! If there is a rating lower that 1 star, that's what i woukd choose. This is one of the most useless apps i've ever used. It does not save boarding passes, does not notify and connect to my calendars, does not give me a birds eye view of my earned miles and the only thing it really gives is a digital copy of my mabuhay miles card.

Useless app. Total waste of time. Not updated, no sense of even trying to use it.

Ever since a system upgrade, things have been going wrong with the Philippine Airlines and Mabuhay Miles apps. Miles get credited months after, personal details are all wrong and can't be updated when one tries to correct the data (address, phone number). It even disallowed editing because my account is registered to my current email and is flagging the account as new. of course it is! Shape up guys!!!!

Very poor navigation. Not useful at all. I was expecting information on what rewards my points and membership level are entitled to. I can't redeem rewards without this information. I would have to call the service center. Without the abilility to self-service this app is useless!

No update since October 2018... You have to force close to get it off your screen.. Doesn't even connect to reservations with your airline. Why are there two different apps - one for frequent flyer program and another for reservations? To the developers: Please download any other airline's app to see how to really service your customers.

The app took forever to load..and like the Philippines Airline app .its so outdated..to have to keep re-entering info as the screen changes its unacceptable...once finally logged in it wont hold my boarding pass..have to redo it in search each time. What is the point of separation of miles from main app?

Whenever I launch the app, it always mentions "the connection to the server was unsuccessful", therefore the app is unable to start. I tried reinstalling the app but to no avail. I hope this error can be fixed soon.

very few informations visible, no tier planning, it takes very long for miles crediting. no option to book with miles. All in all really useless since 1.5 years the few 5 star ratings might be from PAL staff.

Tried to create an account. Password setup requires numbers but won't let me enter them. I think it no longer accepts new accounts and is no longer being maintained.

What good does this do except for viewing how many Miles u have? TBH, Miles r even useless except for using it for booking flights, redeeming for PAL flights. QMiles on the other hand, u can use them to buy things at Duty Free. I really hope that theres more to Miles than just redeeming them for flights.

It's only a tracker. You cannot even claim miles that are not posted. Even if you call their hotline the people are useless too. They say it takes 6-8 weeks to post yet the open issue we have has been open 4 months and counting. Useless customer care. I have no idea why PAL even won an award.

I called PAL, got my existing Mabuhay miles # from them and got "connected" to Mabuhay miles. After waiting 30 mins the first time, and and ive been listening to PAL music for over an hour thissecond time, Im giv up. I was able to download the Mabuhay miles app. I was able to create a new password. I got redirected to PAL app which I had to download. I did that. I reentered the password and member number but they said I have to call to speak to a representative because my account is "inactive".

I can not enroll. I am from USA and after filling in the USA address fields I get an error messsge saying the "Province/Village" must be selected. There is no Province/Village field displayed. I have uninstalled the App.

Canada postal code is a combination of letters and numbers.This app only allows numbers. The list of values for province/city is incomplete. Just make it an enterable field please

Hi, I made a few trips abroad but it didnt display the miles I earned on the flight. Just kinda weird that the app doesn't show what I earned.

useless!!! very hard to use!!! updating contact details is a PAIN! did it twice and my updates were not recorded! also, i could not fix my miles balance...

Doesnt work since system upgrade. Back-end now supports passwords longer than 11 characters but the app truncates at 8 characters thus no log in is possible.

When I enter all the information, including zip code in the USA, it doesn't offer a place to enter my City, and yet when I click "Submit", it says "City" is mandatory" and it will not allow me to proceed.

Pretty poor app, just like the airline. Lacks in areas that are easy for them to improve.

Does not display login details when logged. no email confirmation to check login details. and no option to recall login detail. do you expect us to memorize a bunch of numbers for login? how can i login now? can't create a new one. please fix.

Very backward and pretty useless as an app. Like all Philippine airline apps or online portals, they don't give you the full functional access! You always have to end up with having to call them through phone! Pathetic and so old school!!
